If her name is showing up along with his on a marksheet, then yes, technically that can't be done without a marriage being registered.....there has been speculation in the forum before that even though the marriage happened at gunpoint, it happened in the presence of the Sarpanch who is the village head so he would have the authority to get it registered I think.

Which is why it's all the more hilarious that Adi keeps calling it nakli, illegal etc. without ever properly checking up how Imlie's name landed with his on her school documents😆....He thinks him calling it illegal is enough to make it invalid.....lol

All of this seems more moot now since Adi is going around publicly calling her his wife every other day😆.....and in the next epi, it seems like he will make it even more official that he is in this marriage with Imlie willingly....so if the coercion angle is gone (which is why he was claiming it was illegal/invalid), then how will he claim any longer that it's still illegal? 😆

If that's the case,it's time for Adi to pull up his big boy pants on and talk to Malini and get ready to spend some time in jailwa.

Also, what makes think that you can go around and say his marriage to Imlie is his marzi and not think “oh maybe I need to fix this mess!”.Cause once you say that you're willingly staying married to someone, there are no grounds for annulment.As far as I can see, no one forcing you stand up for Imlie, everything is coming out from his mouth with any coercion

Adi has dug this hole for himself by telling her a 100 times that he can't give her anything, that she has no rights, he's not her pati.....but now he wants something from her and she thinks she has no right to give it to him😆. So it's up to Adi.....if he wants it badly enough, he has to step up and tell her directly exactly what he wants.....and then see what she says in direct response to that😆. As I said In the previous post he wants her to be more emotional and fierce about him.and say it to him like do some paagalpanti of his level which he is doing now by leaving everything behind to chase her 😆 and not be matter of fact about rishta hai caz I guess in his mind she is now saying it out of majboori too and too and not marzi.. so in majboori according to him she says she will keep this rishta going she believes in it and that she will.never remarry and frees him but he still is connecting to she was left with no.chocie and all this is coming out of obligation the thopa rishta.. he wants her to assert with her Marzi as strongly ke nahi woh uska hi hai and sure it happened in majboori but ab marzi hai and she will fight for HIM and not just the way she has been so far caz uska fight and need to.protect to adi toh constant hai but not just for his family or adi or out of her general goodness ke he did good to me let me go all.for him but apne liye.. which is why it pinched him real hard when she said yesterday hum toh aapko apna bhi nahi keh sake.. his expressions there are again worth watching jaise andar kahin deeply chubha😆

Yeah, Adi is becoming much more reckless now and doesn't seem to either realize or maybe doesn't care that if he himself goes around telling everyone that he has accepted Imlie as his wife WILLINGLY now, then he can't deny it's validity or get it annulled at this point.

He has become so comfortable with admitting/denying the marriage apne mood ke hisaab se that he doesn't seem to realize that such public acceptance declarations will have consequences. Sab log Imlie ki tarhaan nahin ki tumhaari baaton ko ab seriously na lein😆.

LOL yes....and that's some hilarious irony na😆....the guy who otherwise is all about being practical, focusing on work, duty etc.....now wants FIERCE and PASSIONATE emotions from Imlie😆.....kyunki he himself is experiencing such fierce and passionate emotions for the first time for someone. So Imlie's matter of factness is definitely not cutting it for him right now😆. He wants to see the same TADAP in her that he is feeling inside.....this feeling of not being able to breathe without her....of not being able to bear any distance from her. Is sab mein koi logic, koi practicality nahin even though he only was giving logic gyaan to her yesterday😆.....but what he really wants is anything but logical.....he wants the same intensity from Imlie that he feels for her.....he wants her to claim him even though he never gave her the right to claim him😆.

But all Imlie is willing to give him right now is her matter of factness about her faith and beliefs😆....that he has become a part of her beliefs and she will wish for his happiness all her life without being with him.

It also KILLS him na that she is emotionally strong enough to be able to do this? 😆....he himself isn't being able to do it but this chhoti si ladki is able to do something that a mountain like him can't? 😆.....woh reh sakti hai khud se without him.....but he isn't being able to survive without her.....in his mind toh he's thinking - this is all so bloody unfair🤣.

Reminding him ke yeh nahi sambhal sakta khudko at all caz imlie related dukh dard makes him crumble so fast he becomes a kid needing someone to hold him tight and give assurances and makes me laugh at his then taunt ke TUM SAMBHALOGI HUMEIN. Oh boy that came back to haunt him pretty fast..😆 somehow she is the only one who can in this mess this little girl the only thing that puts thoda pause to his paagalpanti..

It is almost shocking for him that she is so mentally strong to deal with everything he has thrown at her and still not crazy.. and it kinda is making him admire her so much more too ke she is so brilliant when it comes comes handle life situations again the arc is sort of forming with him over and over mentioning her awesomeness be it materialistic things or her selfless ways or her being able to handle things.. he is getting more and more floored by her abilities to deal with life.. Yes, he's in awe of Imlie's emotional strength and resilience....also cuz I think iske dimaag se woh gusse/naraazgi ka smokescreen has moved aside for a bit to see Imlie with CLARITY for who she is....he's deliberately tried not to understand her all this time and just blindly blame her.....as Imlie said, "Aap humein kabhi samjhe hi nahin".....well he is indeed trying to samjho her in his own way in this time in PD....even though he won't admit that's what he's trying to do😆.

The issue is also that he is doing all this because it is Imlie herself who has made a place in his heart. Marriage brought them together but it’s her qualities and selfless nature that kept pulling Aditya towards her but for Imlie, she always stays in the boundaries of the relationship. That is because of the rishta, she is doing mannat for him and all the other things. So it comes out as uski jagah pe aur koi bhi hote, she would have done the same thing. She is not doing because it’s him, or his qualities but just because they are married and that exactly what is not sitting well with him. That he does not know what her thoughts about him as Aditya, the person are and if she finds Aditya himself special. Also, all his good deeds, she end with “ Thankku” and she looks so overwhelmed with gratefulness which almost comes out as that she would have had the same reaction if somebody else would have done the same good deed for. So from Aditya’s POV, he is not at that place in her life where she is (right in his heart 😛) and that is the whole dilemma. Plus her insistence that she can live alone is not helping at all. So as he is not able to determine that if he Aditya is special or he is special because they are married, he is struggling. That is one of the answers he came for and he still does not know the answer to it.

Abhi Imlie isse kya batayegi, she herself is struggling to find the reason and meaning behind her emotional sickness. I wonder what his reaction would if Imlie tells him about her “ emotional sickness” 😆

That definately is a factor too.. again he doesn't have experience with many women malini is his only reference to judge them all and think that maybe this is how all of them are in relationships needing men to constantly babysit them so ab yeh nayi tarah ki ladki dekhne ko mil rahi hai who does maano him her pati but still is so independent not only in her soch but also in her lifestyle and her needs he can't seem to handle it.. again blowing his mind ke aise bhi ho sakta hai aise ladkiyan bhi hai duniya main.. the sub layers just are freaking brilliant.. malini independent to the outside world yet so dependent on adi and everyone around her and imlie dependent for the outside world given her age her less experience her bg the usual perception ke yeh sirf ek bhoj hi ho sakti hai and aur kuch nahi but her being anything but that. free and independent in everything be it her relationship her life choices or her goals..

Watched their conversation scene again. That sheheri logic was so on point. Aditya is looking for signs not just as a one off, he wants a proclamation every single time she speaks. And when she does not, his heart breaks a little more each time. Yeh toh poora ka poora paagal ho chuka hai.

He has no idea how to deal with wanting someone this badly or dealing with someone so strong who seems to not need him as much.
