Yeah I ve seen those videos. He seems to be a classical folk singer could be part of some troupe, with no influx of tourists finances might have dried up. Even Sayli is an orchestra singer and Ashish some kind of a professional singer .

If the others can participate innumerable times then so can these professionals.....IMO

II had begun with the concept that it provides a platform for a common person who has some singing abilities and they are given some form of training. After the success of II10 they are taking only reality show finalists who have passed through the grind and are well versed with the demands of a reality show and fooling the public by calling it the GTEver.

Is it so ? I ve stopped watching these reality shows, they all suck you into their scripted nonsense.

I started this season because of a fwd of Yuvraj and do watch it on and off.

Anjali did not win saregamapa, her sister did. She was too nervous & was out after couple of episode.

Well atleast now they’re getting reality show winners and contestant, in season 9 there were professional singers from down south - Revanth and PVNS Rohit.

After having sung in movies, they got to come to II. Revanth won and Rohit was second runner up I think.

Anjali won along with shreyan....her sister nandini was also there in that season but she got eliminate on 9th position
