I don't know, this is just not done. I am sure Neil and Aishwarya are aware that the fans are not happy with their constant promotion. Still this behaviour? I don't know what is the issue of promoting Neil and Ayesha together? They are Virat and Sai. The story is about them and so many articles about them. Are people really interested in Virakhi??
There has been too many serials where the ML was in relationship with the other co-star and not the FL but I have never seen them being promoted ever.
In PKYEK the ML was in relationship with other co-star but there were so many SBS and SBB segments between the ML and FL. Also, so many romantoc scenes.
There was one more serial Utta-ran. I am not sure what the off screen segment was in that serial as I never watched it but I am sure it must not be like this.
Almost all of Guls and Ekta's serials Ml and FL are engaged or married to different people in real life. Never saw them promoting this way.
