Right. But that's Sai's personality she's stubborn about her own ways even though they at times don't make sense........Virat's annoyance about it made sense to me today because he's the Officer in the situation, not her, even if he's a duffer.

Pulkit showed Sai his office documents and he can not put false info there it can cost him his job and his license but what Virat saw was a piece of paper given by a clerk and his statement about if Madhuri is not Harini’s mom then why would she call her maa?
