Ha di she has been brought in to create havoc in Anusar's life cuz Atharv figured out that the two of em together could be a threat to him in terms of the court hearing...

Getting Avni back will mess with their relationship dynamics that way....

In the meantime, this will open door to Malhar putting two and two together about Avni-Atharv being involved right from the terrorist track...so he cna back track Atharv's moves and find out something solid against him...

Kalyani will act as the mediator here if Atharv really believes that she is being haunted by Sampada's ghost then so will Avni and Avni is stupid so she can't let some important information slip..which Kallu can use

So from what I have understood, Avni was sent to jail for kidnapping an agent and then, also kidnapping Tommy. But Tommy was a criminal so that wouldn't hold much weight. The main issue was that she kidnapped an agent, so I believe AnuSar made a case that she was helping the terrorist group. I think Athu got them to withdraw the case against him so that's why she was released.

So Avni said clearly that she would drag Kaka down with her and expose his bad deeds. I think she is hear to trouble everyone and also give testimony against them in court that Deshmukhs and Ranes have done a poor job of taking care of Moksh. She can expose everything right from losing Moksh to Ahir to Mukku to getting Kalyani married to a buddha to Moksh losing his voice.

But as you said, I think she is also being brought back cause there will be some connection to the terrorist gang. Not sure if we'll get some answers about Shera as well.

Di why I feel that it might link back to Shera is that Malhar was never around when all these things happen...he wasn't even there when atharv was rescued from Avni's hide out...

So it would be more logical for cvs to link it back to Shera to establish a starting point for the investigation

Yes and no. So it was Malhar that found out when he called the agency that they have no record of any AB. So I'm not sure why it never occurred to him to think how did Athu find him and know about him if he is not connected to the agency. I think that will be the starting point of the investigation. For that, I'm not sure if Shera is needed.

What I feel like Shera is needed is for the custody battle and for Kalyani's job. Cause seems like from the epsidoes, Athu didn't have much evidence against KalMa, until Kalyani started her drama. But now that Avni is here, she has evidence against KalMa and she can testify as Kaka's wife.

Do you remember the original custody battle? So basically until the Deshmukhs turned against Malhar, SamThu had nothing cause if they went to court it would only be proved that Sampu ran away with Athu and she would never get custody. But after RS's death, all of them turned against Malhar and changed the story and made it look like Malhar was abusive so Malhar almost lost custody until Kalyani came and testified with proof.

So Avni's testimony is a huge issue. And KalMa will have nothing to say, only positive thing for them is Shera.

Avni can not only point fingers at kallu for being incapable of taking care of pillu while Malhar was out on his mission but she can also point out that Malhar's profession can sometimes make him an absentee father...this point could bring back the Shera angle

Cause remember when AB revealed himself as Athu, he said that you have been taking care of my child for 5 years. So Athu didn't even know Moksh was kidnapped and lived as Mukku. He was just gonna file for custody based on being the biological parent and the fact that Kalyani is acting like a lunatic.

But Avni knows everything. She can give a horrible testimony. Even said that Kalyani brought some hamshakal for her own benefit when Malhar was away on a mission (so making it look like Kalyani's character is bad).
