Yeah seriously, very few Malayali and Kerala places in Canada and USA. Kerala cuisine probably is the best in India, in terms of variety in both Veg and Non Veg and of course amazing taste with Coconut Milk curries and other exotic items.

I notice that 80% of Indian Restaurants here are actually just Indian Punjabi cuisine, which to me personally is bland, plain and simple compared to Other Indian foods. Heck even a good authentic Mughali Cusine restaurant here is very rare.

I can bet that is a Pakistani or Bangladeshi place, very rarely you will find Indian place that cheap

Where exactly do you live? There are plenty of cheap and expensive Indian food options in all the major US cities I have visited. I live in Atlanta and we have all kinds of options. Indian food tastes good whether it’s cheap or expensive so who cares.

Exactly...I live in Dallas and all kinds of food options are here...infact there is so much competition in Dallas...that you the raise the price or lower the quality and you are out of business..

Name them. I can check the prices on their menu. Nearly all the cheap Takeout places in NYC, Toronto and Chicago are Pakistani or Bangladeshi.

Indian resturants here just serve bland white washed expensive version of Indian food, its not even authentic at all.

Why? We're still in pandemic mode. Restaurants were just allowed to have 35% inside dining capacity. Restaurants have been going out of business at an alarming rate. We probably won't hit the wanted vaccinated threshold of 75% for another 5-6 months.

Because they’re probably ready to open and plan to go ahead with it. They can start off in the limited capacity while they’re still starting out.
