Why DMG has turned into another wasted show !!!
Dear Creatives,
I have been an ardent fan of Dill Mill Gaye ever since the show started. In August when the show began it felt like a fresh breath of air on television. New characters ( really well written at that time), very interesting story line, brilliant actors, fresh faces and fresh themes. DMG had it all to be a block buster show. I think that's what it has become over the past few months. The initial episodes till Novemeber had it all. Comedy, Drama, Romance and all the actors had equally important roles. We all laughed with Armaan, Atul and Nana. We cried with Riddhima and Padma. We just loved it. But I see the past few months you have turned DMG into a horrible waste. You have brilliant actors who are not used to their full potential. All we see is Riddhima and Armaan. We don't mind it. But its not even in a proper way. Riddhima's character has been murdered with no rhyme or reason. Shashank who was sensible is acting weird too. To keep DMG on the charts you don't have to show us, the audience their senseless fights and torturing each other for no reason.
I think the audience is sensible and mature enough to accept something new and refreshing. We would like to see all the characters given more importance. We would like to see Atul and Anjali's story developed. We would like to see Rahul and Muskaan's story. We would like to see all the interns and their different hospital cases. To be a popular show you don't only have to stick to the so called love story of Armaan and Riddhima.
Their fights have become to so tasteless that now we don't even want them together. Even if they come together now their love has no meaning anymore. Riddhima's character has no meaning anymore. Why she does what she does, why she says what she says has no sense anymore.
Atul, Anjali, Rahul and Muskaan are such brilliant actors, concentrate on their stories too. Make Armaan and Riddhima's love story memorable so that they trust each other and show people what love is all about. Because what they are going through now is definitely not love.
So I am sure all the viewers of DMG will agree with me, bring back the old magic of DMG that it had in the initial few months. Bring back the freshness it had. And please show us all the characters and their stories. Please show us more cases in the hospital and how each intern grows as a person and a doctor. We don't want to see senseless fights between the two leads for no reason.
As the creatives I am sure you want your show to do better. If this continues I think you will lose a lot of your viewership. And it would be such a waste of a brilliant concept, actors and story.
We love Armaan and Riddhima. But we Love Atul, Anjali, Rahul, Muskaan, Keerti, Shubankar, Nana and Lovely as much and would like to see more of everyone. Please don't ruin DMG.
Come on guys...Let your views be known. I am sure someone will read this and make the changes. I am sure it will work..What say??
