An older sister needs to set an example for her little sis...there will be a lot of pressure I agree...you would be the role model for her na...but I agree.parents tend to go softer on the younger sibling because they learn by watching the older's interaction with their parents i feel. I am the younger one so I know

Filthy Rich ppl like VR, SSO,ASR will always overlook such things. Yeh todhe MCP kisam k hote hai....They always cover up their siblings galti. A perfect example of it is Abhi in Kumkum bhaghya. Aliya poori zindagi uski married life control karti rahi.Bande ko aj ja kar akkal ayi hai.

KB hero is completely dumb..he just needs a reason to insult the female lead aur phir pyaar Ka gun gaata hai..almost every EKTA Mata male lead are like that..

Gul khan shows mein na every male lead are the same..arrogant, over the top aur ek goofy chulbuli female lead aathi hai and he turns into lover boy.... almost every show concept is the same..agar khud ke show KO copy Karne ka koi crime Hota na..toh pakka plagiarism Ka charge Lagta Gul pe

VR is quite the same. I don't think makers ever will light up on this and yes Abhi from KKB is another level man. Like, let's don't dig into KKB story for now.

but Anjali was an unfortunate soul. The girl suffered a lot.And she really loved Khushi. Khushi ne jo saha woh shyam k wajah s saha.Anjali never harmed her and Om and Rudra too loved Anika very much. SSO khud galti ka putla tha. And Abhi was dumb in KB.

Is waqt quite naturally kuch din Ishani will b his priority. Vansh did teach lesson ishani.

Firstly when they were getting married He told her to behave properly with her. Aryan was slapped and lashed out by him.

What he did with Sunny was vile but i liked it.

He never doubted Aangre that he can misbehave with Ishani.

Vansh reprimanded Ishani after Dandiya function.

There was a steady growth that he is aware of his sister"s misdeed but recently he had become mellowed and now he will b more becoz She had suffered miscarriage and he is too much guilt ridden and i think what he did to Ishani while saving her from the accident any parental figure will do that. But after that he must have taught her the difference between right and wrong but i guess Ishani is a gone case. Will she learn? Like ever?

The role of a man in a family are several

A son, A brother, A husband, A protector, A son in law and so on

One must be mature enough to balance those relationships effectively

The relationship of an elder brother and his siblings is very complicated

Almost tom and Jerry like

Speaking from personal experience

An elder brother is such a pain in the arse

But at the same time, he is your confidant

He is your teacher, savior, your protector

Especially in a family with no father figure, An elder sibling might take it his responsibility to look after his younger ones

To step up and make sure their younger siblings never feel the lack of a father in their life

Vansh took the entire responsibility of his family after his father's death

he fulfilled every whim of theirs,

Covered for every mistake of theirs

Because he felt it was his responsibility to do so

He has quite a twisted definition of responsibility

He feels he needs to protect them no matter what they do

and the family knowing this keeps making mistakes overconfident that they have vansh to cover for them.

An example of it is When Aryan had gone overboard with his illegal business and vansh decided to not help him, Chacha emotionally manipulated Vansh by saying the latter took the responsibility to take care of the family no matter what and he can't pull out now and Vansh caved

He failed to understand that taking responsibility does not mean covering for their mistakes, it means to teach them the right path when they go wrong.

Taking responsibility means accepting you are the problem of the matter and the solution, Vansh.

Ishani, the spoilt brat of the family. went through one of those natural emotions that every younger sister goes through in this episode

the realisation that there is another woman in her brother's life

That his priorities might have changed

Especially where the sibling relationship is very strong, such insecurities are understandable

However, after everything we know, it is very had to sympathize with her

If it was Sia, It would have been understandable

But after everything vansh has done for her, Ishani's insecurities does not make sense

Why?

Ishani has the I, me and myself attitude

She loves Vansh, Yes, but not more than herself

She claims to love her brother but fails to understand him

His care, his love, the importance riddhima has in his life

This is evident in the answer she gives to Aryan for the question "At the moment of crisis, Who will Vansh save...You or Riddhima' And she says "Undoubtedly her"

This proves she does not even know him

Vansh who considers the entire wellbeing of his family as his responsibility will never choose between the two

He will put himself through the fire if it saves his sister and his Wife.

Ishani, not understanding this fact is very disappointing.

But, Is Vansh entirely to blame for Ishani's actions...Not at all

Vansh had showered the same amount of love on Sia that he had on Ishani, maybe even more

But while Sia understands her brother's feelings, Ishani refuses to look past her own.

And with miscarriage on the way,

Will she unfairly blame vansh for everything, for failing to keep up with his promise

For choosing Riddhima over her, when he clearly didn't

With her insecurities building,

her hate for riddhima once again surfacing

What will be her reaction to riddhima's pregnancy news.

And Vansh failing to save his nephew, Will his fear of not being able to save his own child increase.

Just when we thought Ishani is being sweet and positive,

The makers threw in a million reasons for her to hate riddhima and for us to hate her

P.S Voot hates me..So i have not seen Episode 187 yet. Will provide my analysis for that after 7.30

Actually if you look into perspective then it's not really difficult to understand why vansh protects his siblings but don't teach them good values. Which moral compass can he really give his siblings to follow. he himself is not scot free and have dirty in his hands then from which mouth he can ask his siblings to be different. He can't really give his own moral compass to his sibling which itself is broken. He has taught them only one thing that family is everything and his siblings follow that thing to T. No matter how vile they are family has been first priority for them. They don't really consider ridhima as family as she was thrust to them instead of them inviting her in their life (except siya).

I agree..but he should understand that his Siblings consider him as a role model no matter what he does..there is no such thing as moral compass in that family..when u have taken the responsibility, you need to be thorough with it..you need to know when to put your foot down...vansh initially used to do that..but now that he is in complete guilt mode, I don't think that's possible

The saddest part for me is that they totally changed Vansh, he's not the same person who used to declare something and his family members (including Ishani) used to follow up. He took their responsibility AND called out for them whenever they were wrong (past episodes) but they NOW made him into more handsome, sophisticated somewhat complex version of ahem dikra

Coming to Ishani, the last time I sympathized with her was when vansh declared her marriage with angrey, no matter what a girl shouldn't be forced to marry a guy she doesn't like/respect.

In one of those episodes I got really impressed with her when she told aryan that jazbaat zaruri hote hain, sometimes I feel she can (CAN) be good enough but aryan, Kabir and rest of the clan keeps manipulating her and we all have seen how easy it is to manipulate a rai singhania
