Exactly pramod is different and sensible much here. Remember there was an episode where chacha chachi in their room discussing on twin marriage and instead of acknowledging chanchal views he asked her to obey dp orders.

Some of those are deliberate and not slip-of-toungue especially the things she says to the girls and their male counterparts in private. She has tried threatening them to reveal the truth (even when it was as simple as them recommending Gunnu-Sattu) while she should have instead been thankful that Puttu got some help and support and does not have to do it alone. But no, she wanted them to become helper boys and the girls to do her seva so DP will not know.

Puttu truly loves and cares for the family, especially his Didis for whom he agreed to become face owner of K&S. He has moments he gets freaked out and unintentionally makes the situation awkward but he always means well and is a young lad of 15, so some of his initial reveals can be excused 👍

Remember the episode when she was questioning pramod about that Adda thing... Pramod ne ek baar mei bbhap liya that she is a jasoos and wily lady and she can take advantage . That is why he said ki he will asked susheela about how to handle chachi.

We saw how his heart almost stopped beating when Susheela/Sattu was kidnapped and yet he stopped Garima from rushing behind her as Gunnu as they needed to continue the facade too. Apna trio siblings ki tarah hi hai 🙋‍♀️

Pramod has being brought up to respect equality in the house. His father is well-educated and considers his mother an equal. They have also ensured he gets a sub-par life and education, so he has come to respect women and is polite to all the women in the house. His gesture towards Kusum with the diary and diagnosing her real problem was subtle but great in showing how her circumstances have slowed her down rather than her own sensibilities.

The Ruhil men are indeed problematic in not letting the women intervene or take decisions, but Chanchal knows how to get herself heard even if SP/DP/anyone tries to shut her down. She has figured that out in all the years. Why do you think she likes going to the Kittie Party and is annoyed she has to do the work since DP is home? Her motivations towards DP and SP is valid, but not Kusum & girls.

bold: ill add the reasoning behind it....they were primarily raised by parents (since vikram had his mother's support whereas pramod had both of his parents' support in terms of upbringing & they both witnessed their mothers making a logical impact behind it) who have process in the presebt era whereas dp still believes in the older norms...its the point of perception here which jai (pramod's father) pointed out correctly that they might view his principles as male ego but dp views them differently...just shows the stark difference in the upbringing

Exactly . That is why chautala family treating susheela as a daughter more than bahu. Pramod hates chanchal chachi and I love when he gave her reply in lohri ... Because he and susheela didn't liked how she was reacting on their personal space.
