That I think she would have done. She's not stupid, and if actors are constantly talking about Balaji being a PH that looks after its actors, it's gotta start at the top. She will have spoken to at least SC/SM and maybe even MS.

That's what the boss should do, at any rate.

I hope the talk and acknowledgement, thank you is an extension of what SC meant by being pampered and taken care of. Hopefully, behind the scenes they are given the respect they deserve and we are just not aware of it.
