Sorry NO. inspiration from India on this song, he comes from a culture rich in music and those images on video are just that, images because Ricky is as gay as gay can be even changing the word she for he in some personal presentations. Besides Ricky just sings the song because this ballad was written by highly awarded Jon Secada with Draco Rosa and George Noriega, produced by Secada &Rosa ...again with not one note inspired in anything Indian as their back ground in music is rich and full of very different beats and notes than those typical in Indian music. They use piano, percussion instruments, violins etc.. as well as digitized sound tracks.
