The wig is an eye sore but they can't ask Shivangi to cut her long hair just for the character. They could have gone with some other hairstyle. They have already done the curly long, straight long, fringes and braids. Don't know what else is left.

In yrhpk they had asked both the leads to get a haircut and both had done it. I wish either she gets a haircut or they do something else with her hairstyle.

Even when actors don't cut & hide them under wigs, they don't look like bobbleheads. Jennifer shortens & lengthens her hair all the time. It's so natural, you can never tell. Even the lead of Yeh Unn Dinon Ki Baat had long hair IRL but wore a short wig that looked realistic.

But Shivangi's hair, clothes, & acting is an eye sore right now. IDK how did she approve of it.

Even surbhi used to have hair extensions in sanjivani, Rhea and Erica also had extensions even Ashnoor used wig to change her hairstyle in pb. Hairstylists should have done a better job or she could have experimented with her hair.. ( No Offence To Any ACTRESS)

Okay that's great and all but using PTSD in a comical sense is highly inappropriate.
