I don't think intimacy exists between these two. Initially when they had their non verbal comms, their own language...I'd think they've got a level of comfort that nobody else has, because they are the only two who are in the situation that they are in. Now unfortunately I'm taking this back....I don't think they are a unit (i Blame the writing!)....understanding, trust, comfort all builds up to intimacy [because there is the possibility of intimacy in all relationships, but with different meanings] !
