I think most of the actors did well out out of Naagin 5, but especially Surbhi. She was, until Naagin 5, a next door type and was almost being pigeonholed into those types of roles. Haya, Annika, Ishani while all different were all cut from a similar cloth in that they were inteligent working women who all lost their senses after falling in love. They were good roles but not serious ones, almost like little girls.

Bani was a really different character on itv. She was almost like a superhero at the beginning - sexy, strong, taciturn, angry, murderous lol. Surbhi portrayed all the ‘negative’ emotions female leads on itv don’t get to play plus all the ‘positive’ ones flawlessly. Bani was also much more womanly and grown up than Surbhi’s previous characters and I think playing her helped her improve as an actress.

I think this will set her up nicely for film and web and a much greater variety of roles. Her physical transformation too, as shallow as it is, will give her a big push towards bigger budget and serious tv / film / hosting / web work. Naagin 5 has basically put her on the map in a huge way.

Words fail me at what a fantastic character he is especially from what I have seen- Veer is literally the opposite to him in real life- be is Veer's walk or the way he talks. The clicking that he does- the way he says sweet-heart, ghar-wali, loo-ser, dhabbe-waley. He carried N5 for a very long time- I say that because he was the most well written and developed character in N5. Then the creatives realised they didn't pay attention to anyone and systematically began what they do best- destroy his character and make him like any other ML (well tried to anyway) but I stayed for Mr Cheelu- because in those rare moments he was allowed to be Mr Cheelu he aced those scenes- even in the most absurd scripts be it moon gate etc he nailed it. So thank you for Veeranshu Singhania the most imperfectly perfect hero for me. He has set the bar for me as to what I want to see on ITV- and this (im)perfection I know cannot be recreated. Everyone else will just be versions of him my OG.

Bani Sharma- won't lie took me some time to warm up to you. At the start you were good but there was something missing. And that came to life when you had scenes with Mr Cheelu. That was when the fire was there- your emotions/ your expressions where bang on. It was like Bani needed Veer to be complete. You were the imperfect heroiine- you were muh-phat and gave it back. You didn't care how it affected the person- when you wanted to hurt them you let rip. You didn't need a man- you were enough on your own (it did get annoying when Mr Cheelu tried to line mar- but you stood your ground). SC I wasn't a fan in the sense I never followed her shows before but she impressed me in this show.

Vani/Sharabi- enough said. Chemistry is hard to create between leads and there was enough to set our screens on fire. Each scene they nailed- I could sit here and list it but we all know it. When they were in the frame baki chai kam paani. Nobody else could be seen- you both carried this show through the most absurd storylines there were and that is currently on. Thank you for giving us them and no thank you for your attempts at butchering them- EK and MD. These two were a goldmine and the way you could have used their talent to take this story forward is your loss. You took two actors with a strong fanbase and destroyed their love story. Instead of wrapping everything up you are going to give us their daughters love story lol. her parents haven't even had a heart to heart. Bani hasn't even given veer his present- but lets gear up for Markat 2.0 and Baby Vampires love story 👍🏼

The funny thing is the way they have pitched this new show is how they should have pitched N5- it was never about revenge it was about forbidden love and true love finding its way to each other. And they got so lost in trying to cater to both they failed miserably. There was no happy ending to a couple that was cursed for 10,000 years and no revenge. But for me N5 ended on that NY hug- Bani said I love and it was done. What is going on right now is Teer and Rani and their child- alternate reality.

Thank you for my Vani and giving us Sharbi but do us all a favour and stay away from these two- if they are ever to be cast again I want Mukta and her creativeless toli far away from them. They deserve better- they carried a story less show for months and the characters deserve a decent ending. And the audience that invested their time and emotions deserve that as well. You can't be posting stuff on your stories all week- knowing these rumours are rife of the show ending and then use the last promo of N5 and Sharbi to set up your new show. Leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth. I also know this is business and the show must and will go on. But just reminds me of why I have stayed away from ITV honestly- just not worth the investment.

Thank you Sharbi for being so professional about this whole joke of a script show- you made it worthwhile. As for the new actors I just hope they have the mental strength to do the same- because there will be no story. There might be for the first six episodes and then its all downhill because MD and her difficultwala love is in charge. All the best to them.

No one can take away the memories we have for these characters and the feels we felt while watching each of it! That's what we watch for! TO FEEL IT! Bass, firr ek scne 10 baar dekha toh bhi wahi feeling aayegi!😳 That's how magical is VaNi!😳

Somehow SharBhi wouldn't be having much regrets! They had a wonderful time shooting the series and you know that's what really matters! How much one enjoys in the whole journey! SharBhi got immense accolades, love, appreciation and fame! They view each project from a wholesome perspective!

How much fame they got, how many new Networks they made, how many money they made and lastly maybe the creative satisfaction! Keeping the story aside, Sharad did get to play different traits of Veer!

Started off as a bad boy, evolved into a good hearted bad boy😆, ended up being a madly in love husband!

And now, back to being the brash and haughty Veeranshu! Again, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE STORY the actor would be viewing it as an opportunity to perform! Same with Surbhi!

Jadoo ki jhappi back to you 🤗 Yes you are right they had a blast shooting it and they have got a lot of love and appreciation for it. They truly deserve it to carry a story less show for months takes pure, raw, talent! So kudos to both of them 👏 I honestly hope they win the two awards the have been all over social media ITA and DP. The fact that they both are in the top 5 is excellent given its a weekend show that has only been running for six months!

I never was a fan of either of them- had seen there shows here and there and thought yeah good but anyway. But after this show I have an appreciation for their talent- the different shades they have portrayed their sankiness/their zidd/the love/the hate/the tandavs (LOL) honestly good job- happy for them. The whole ensemble was on point to be fair- they did a good job with the casting. Its just the main thing that let them down was the story- but hey who needs that 😊

It hurts of course it hurts- more because of the shock and the way they went about the whole thing. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I said this in the CC thread to Arshi. I know this is a show- a fictional show. I know its a business and the show will and must go on. But as a viewer we get invested in shows- emotionally invested. And when you are emotional invested a little bit of your heart gets invested- and that is why it hurts. But I am glad they will just rip off the plaster now instead of taking it off inch by inch which is more painful.

Like I said and everyone has said Vani/Sharbi carried this show- the TRP was because of them. The love and appreciation was for them. Never after any episode did I ever hear anyone say wow what a twist- or what a storyline. Because there was none. LOL.

Ekta Kapoor Hate Her Ending For Ending Naagin 5.

🤣🤣🤣 OMG this is seriously looking so bad just from the promo. Even nazar's initial promos were far more inviting and interesting.... ekta's promos for her supernatural shows are always so bad and corny looking. And the female lead of their vampire show being vani's daughter is just pathetic. I was already dumbfounded at the ludicrousness of it all when i got to know the vampire show is just a so-called cross-over with naagin, rather than just being an entirely different series like kavach. Ekta seriously needs to give up on supernatural shows as she is terrible at it.

Zeetv's old early 2000's aruna irani produced supernatural show around reincarnation called tum bin jaaoon kahan was a far more superior supernatural show than anything ekta has been doing given it did not even need to rely on corny special effects and relied solely on story and a dark tone and great background score. Heck even aruna irani's naaginn show with sayantani ghosh as lead naagin (first ever naagin show on itv) which also aired on zeetv was far better than the crap ekta has been showing in her naagin show's of late.
