That's why Web is the only place where content can be brilliant! Which is the last show u remember on TV which left a lasting memory for you? Which is free from trap of TV? Extremely few!

Bound scripts toh ITV mein milne se rahi.

Length se I mean around a year or two max. Plus at least with dailies you can thread a proper track and let it take its time. Bi-weekly supernatural show mein you are constantly running from pillar to post trying to please every last fan and in the end pleasing no one.

I don't need a show to go on for 10 years but 6 months, aur woh bhi 2 eps a week pe? It's not enough, for me anyway.

I remember a lot of ITV shows tbh. Not because they were amazing quality (some better than others) but because many of them had characters I love to this day. Last web show jo maine dekha tha I think it was Code M. And it was okay, but it's not one I will carry with me forever. Web also has a lot of rubbish, it's not ke they are the only ones with good content. Netflix churns out as much rubbish as it does quality content. The problem is you need good writers and then creatives with the conviction to stick with their script regardless of TRP fluctuations. I know it's a futile point, bc aisa kaun hai ITV mein, but I wish there was someone.

This is exactly why I stopped watching ITV regularly years ago, and even when I did it wasn't a currently on-air show. Too much potential for frustration and heartbreak otherwise.

You've hit bullseye with the writing. I'd say around Markaat track, they stopped putting sny effort. It was just 'Chalta hai' attitude. All about the business. Koi integrity hai ke nahi? At the end, this step-motherly treatment ends up hurting the fans most. We're the one investing our heart and emotions.

And man, please hamaare Veeranshu ko Ponky se compare mat karo. Whether Ekta, Mukta and Co wanted it or not, the character is immortalized. There will never be another Veer on ITV - his sankiness, sass, confidence, swag - all things that make him HIM. And of course his unconditional love for his sweetheart, Bani. But credit where its due - they created a character an ML like Veer. That deserves appreciation!

VaNi wasnt even explored half as much they should have. This will forever frustrate me. So much potential for this. Hardly got like 2 episodes of togetherness and happiness and now even that is snatched from them. VaNi is living happily ever after in my head after their last hug. Bas.

I hope SharBhi get more awards for their work. To create the impact they did in 5 months is commendable.

Naagin was always supposed to be a borderline dark series, toh I don't know if FUN and LIGHT episodes were ever written for VaNi!🤔

They were constantly emotionally drained! Very few moments of smile and laughter also, I would say🤔

After that new year's last hug! N5 is done for me🤢

I'll assume that as the perfect ending just like many others here. Only if, bani also would have confessed that day, mei khushi khushi show ka tata bye bye bol deti na😆

Am always going to hope for SharBhi to come back together😳 ALWAYS! JUST WISHFUL THINKING😳

True yrr! My ITV count has only been of 4-5 shows maybe! Out of which, most are Sharad's shows😆 Maybe, just kasam from balaji was the only show I didn't find 100% crap storywise! Kitchen politics and evil plotting sasuma were less in dosage! But naagin itna involved mei kisi mei nai thi yrrrrr Issiliye shayad, it's more heartbreaking💔

Chalo koi nai! AM QUITTING ITV FOREVER NOW! TOO MUCH TIME CONSUMING AND ENDS UP IN FRUSTRATION! Web and Books are gold!

Web mei at least u have a choice na! You see reviews, shows bhi bound hote hai, so u can jump from one episode to another very easily! On-air shows test our patience! So abse, only show which are off-air ya web! Sanity barkaraar rhegi😆

SharBhi kabhi aaye toh koi notify krr dena!😆

Not the bullshit in the name of hybrid Naagin and vampire pairing.😡

I never saw that show! But sunti thi classmates se!😆 I was in school that time! Now it feel, its too late to watch it! Especially after naagin, am scared to watch anything supernatural🤣

So I have gotten over myself and self inflicted misery lol only because it was so unexpected didn't expect it. Like some of us have discussed I just personally as a viewer think its distasteful for you to use a clearly well loved and popular onscreen couple and show to set up your next show- while destroying said characters. Just goes to show there are no creatives at this place.

Now coming to the reason I have been here Sharbi/Vani. I have not been hoooked to any ITV show in over 10 years at least. But one instagram clip and I was here- fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Credit where its due- Veeranshu Singhania. Whoever created this character hats off to you. I always thought we could only get the annoying sansakari betas or alpha douches on TV. But then came Mr Cheelu- he was grey and for most of us imperfectly perfect. He worse his heart on his sleeve and wasn't afraid to call a spade a spade. He was snake and knew what he wanted- and din't give a damn about anything else. As I have always said a character is a character till someone can bring him to life- and that was SM. Words fail me at what a fantastic character he is especially from what I have seen- Veer is literally the opposite to him in real life- be is Veer's walk or the way he talks. The clicking that he does- the way he says sweet-heart, ghar-wali, loo-ser, dhabbe-waley. He carried N5 for a very long time- I say that because he was the most well written and developed character in N5. Then the creatives realised they didn't pay attention to anyone and systematically began what they do best- destroy his character and make him like any other ML (well tried to anyway) but I stayed for Mr Cheelu- because in those rare moments he was allowed to be Mr Cheelu he aced those scenes- even in the most absurd scripts be it moon gate etc he nailed it. So thank you for Veeranshu Singhania the most imperfectly perfect hero for me. He has set the bar for me as to what I want to see on ITV- and this (im)perfection I know cannot be recreated. Everyone else will just be versions of him my OG.

Bani Sharma- won't lie took me some time to warm up to you. At the start you were good but there was something missing. And that came to life when you had scenes with Mr Cheelu. That was when the fire was there- your emotions/ your expressions where bang on. It was like Bani needed Veer to be complete. You were the imperfect heroiine- you were muh-phat and gave it back. You didn't care how it affected the person- when you wanted to hurt them you let rip. You didn't need a man- you were enough on your own (it did get annoying when Mr Cheelu tried to line mar- but you stood your ground). SC I wasn't a fan in the sense I never followed her shows before but she impressed me in this show.

Vani/Sharabi- enough said. Chemistry is hard to create between leads and there was enough to set our screens on fire. Each scene they nailed- I could sit here and list it but we all know it. When they were in the frame baki chai kam paani. Nobody else could be seen- you both carried this show through the most absurd storylines there were and that is currently on. Thank you for giving us them and no thank you for your attempts at butchering them- EK and MD. These two were a goldmine and the way you could have used their talent to take this story forward is your loss. You took two actors with a strong fanbase and destroyed their love story. Instead of wrapping everything up you are going to give us their daughters love story lol. her parents haven't even had a heart to heart. Bani hasn't even given veer his present- but lets gear up for Markat 2.0 and Baby Vampires love story 👍🏼

The funny thing is the way they have pitched this new show is how they should have pitched N5- it was never about revenge it was about forbidden love and true love finding its way to each other. And they got so lost in trying to cater to both they failed miserably. There was no happy ending to a couple that was cursed for 10,000 years and no revenge. But for me N5 ended on that NY hug- Bani said I love and it was done. What is going on right now is Teer and Rani and their child- alternate reality.

Thank you for my Vani and giving us Sharbi but do us all a favour and stay away from these two- if they are ever to be cast again I want Mukta and her creativeless toli far away from them. They deserve better- they carried a story less show for months and the characters deserve a decent ending. And the audience that invested their time and emotions deserve that as well. You can't be posting stuff on your stories all week- knowing these rumours are rife of the show ending and then use the last promo of N5 and Sharbi to set up your new show. Leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth. I also know this is business and the show must and will go on. But just reminds me of why I have stayed away from ITV honestly- just not worth the investment.

Thank you Sharbi for being so professional about this whole joke of a script show- you made it worthwhile. As for the new actors I just hope they have the mental strength to do the same- because there will be no story. There might be for the first six episodes and then its all downhill because MD and her difficultwala love is in charge. All the best to them.

Rant over- this is me signing out now.

Also I am glad I met a lot of amazing people on this forum 🤗
