As always a bang on post , I really love to read ur analysis .

Well today's epi is war zone with no sairat yah virat

Yaar yeah CN nahi lunatic Asylum hai kaisi logh hai yeah they always sang the song we never show bedh bhaav in bahus but they are actually doing that only and that so called sarvaghun sampanna bahu who asked her opinion venomous one but chalo atleast sairat ko saath bejna chahti hai but yaham bhi she knows virat kahi nahi jayega apni parivaar ko chodke , but she doesn't know ACP sahab sai ko bhi kahi janneh nahi dega in precap when he asked the gang what should I must do when he heard what they want he was shocked but he is not ready he said I will talk with her .

Well I loved aswini sai room convo how directly sai voiced out what she felt without hitting behind bush now aswini had a clear pic from sais side why she is denying this , but little did she know for acp sahab she is not his zimmedari anymore but he want her as his wife , well aswini tried to make her realize things iam glad sai has got someone like her as her MIL who stood by her and also make her understand things when she is doing wrong

Well tmw ACP sahab ka wicket girnneh walla hai he is gonna be clean bowled by his baikos look

Well ek aur baat hai I don't think sai neh kuch antidot liya hai so usseh allergic reactions honneh ki chances high haina so we may get beautiful sairat scene and virat knowing about it taking care of her

The family drama was much too crass today. A family with a history of army background, this kind of torture is acceptable??

All that struck me was the Ashwini Sai convo. It was pertinent and relevant. However wrong it seemed, not even wrong.. it exposed the generational gap that all of us face at some point in time.

Ashwini not taking Sai's observation seriously, we will see the consequences of that during the Devyani track. She wants to work on Sai, helping her to look at things like an adult. And according to her wisdom, that will help the relationship.

She doesn't pull up Virat at this point, thinking my son will understand, he will never do anything wrong. But there are so many influences around Virat that eventually he will succumb when he's at his most vulnerable.

Pakhi was despicable today. Yes, she supported Sai for a spilt second. But what is her definition of shanthi at home? Everyone ganging up on Ashwini?? And Ashwini resigning to her fate, while the rituals go on?? Somehow I find her treatment of Ashwini, the worst. It exposes her inner nature. This is the mother of the guy she loves.

A person who talks of the son leaving the house is concerned about the family unity??

Pre-cap: I didn't particularly like Virat's expression of annoyance. I hope the allergy issue is not brushed under the carpet. And as for him going lattoo, I would like to watch the episode first😆. I am traumatized with the chilli grinding turn around😆

PS: Why are they suddenly showing Pakhi as being 'actually' decent? This is happening this week. Not that she stops her nastiness. But probably they are giving her 'dimensions' 🤣

@bold, I have noticed that too. May be the actress decided to quit..so they are trying to give some positive dialogues.

But what's the point in giving her positive dialogue here n there.. dikhana kya chahte hain?

Waise bhi after saying one positive thing she herself phailaos so much of raita

I don't think she has any redemption by saying something good here n there

Great analysis Janki

Kal ka intezar hai

Kya ACP saab biwi pe fida honge ya ghar walomki jalli katti ki wajah se khappa honge

Me Confuse Chavan ne sabko confused karke rakha hai

SaiRat ko chhoe ke puri duniya ko pata hai ki woh ek dusre se pyar kawte hain

I don't care if he is not fida on his wife, but must not shout at her for no reason. His family is just toxic and he knows it, they have turned his mother in to a kamwali and now want his wife to do the same. I hope he stands up well or just walks out with Sai!!

How are you doing!? It feels like a Monday today 😐

The episode can only be defined as 'much ado about nothing!' A complete match of egos -- from the Makad Sena and also Sai. It had action in some moments.

(*Setting aside the nauseas debate about shagun apshagun due to denying suhagan Ka Shringaar because it is a very personal choice. I don't want to offend someone who might believe or like doing it just because I find it regressive. Yes, the thought being pushed through the shows is really archaic but I am taking it as being done for the mass audience that actually believes so. Sai already asked the right questions and it would be stating the obvious to say why men are believed to get all the benefits.).

The soft moment of the day was Sai-Ashwini conversation:

Ashwini is genuinely a loving mother. She may have been imperfect in her ways of raising Virat to deal with the toxicity but I guess, given the constraints and the kind of abusive family around, she's given her best shot. Now, a mother who genuinely loves her son cannot not love his wife, especially, if she's a dew-drop at heart 💖

I loved the frankness with which Sai can speak to Ashwini -- "Kisi aur ne Virat sir ke naam Ka Alta laga liya hai... Virat sir bhi Pakhi se pyaar karte Hain!"

Among all the names that he's given her, Virat should call her Spashtha ki Shehzaadi! She's direct. Her thoughts are not served as jalebis. And so, it's easy for anyone to understand why she does what she does. Ashwini now has the knowledge of the actual reason for the entire mess between her son and his wife. She tried her best to make Sai see things from the correct perspective. And it will help Sai in toning down her 'best friend' nags -- to be used only when provoked and not intentionally. But I wish Ashwini gets another chance to feed dinner to her Godu soon and make him aware about this Type 2 Diabetes his jalebis have caused his marriage -- because I don't think Ashwini will go up to Virat and have a clear conversation to resolve this issue. The art of making jalebis has been inherited.

I loved the scene - the exchange between them is so pure and so organic. I loved how Ashwini also got angry for a moment when Sai refused to accept Ashwini's reason. The irritation that Ashwini feels for Sai despite knowing her and loving her with her true heart makes it all the more real.

Her "Koi Kisi ke liye Kyun dard sahega agar wo usse pyaar hi na karta ho"... the golden words of the day. Chalo Ashwini made an attempt to change the programme definition of pyaar in Sai's mind.

The statement is so true both ways and so symbolically said at a moment when Sai is wearing the Alta despite knowing she might be in pain just because she doesn't want Aai to go through any pain should something happen to her son 😂😅 Haan Haan Sai, as you said, "Closing eyes doesn't change the truth we don't want to see..."

It's true for both Virat and Sai. While he's been the rock for her, fighting for her and backing her at every bend -- keeping aside his three moments of outbursts due to chaos within-- she, too, has been suffering all the mental, verbal and even physical pain just to be able to live with him whether she likes it or not. Why are the two of them going through their own set of 'dard' (migraine, in simple words) for each other? Arrey, because at the end of the day, it gives them the chance to get into those head massages 🤣🤣.

Jokes apart, it's true that among the most stressful jobs is of a police officer. The strain and mental pressures that policemen go through apart from being subjected to constant negativity at work is not child's play. To have a home that is a battlefield right from the entry point at the end of a hard day at work is the last thing anyone needs -- and especially overworked policemen in thankless jobs. The fact that the family doesn't recognise the need to give him the environment to calm his already worked up nerves at home speaks volumes of the love they have for him. I know we made a joke of Ashwini's 'Virat ko bhook lagti hai' but it's 100% true that a police officer coming home after fobbing off one million influential phone calls and resisting pressures for various things only wants a warm plate of meal, some pleasant silence and good company to break that silence. I feel for Virat, walking late into the house to find a mob waiting to test his endurance. 😔😑

And then to be asked to play the referee, is anything but an inviting suggestion. 😏

Machoor moment of the day:

Talking of suggestions, Aadarniya Didi ke suggestions toh very vocal thay. But I have a question for her: Tum ho kaun?! Kaun ho tum? Ghar ki Malkin ho? Judge ho?

Who the fishing hell is she to suggest that Virat should take Sai and leave the house? I am as confused as the writers who are trying to make his feeble attempt at reviving her character by trying to add these superficial layers of concern and goodness in one half of a sentence when she genuinely tells Bhavani to not force Sai and does not pay heed to the call of joining in the act and then a second later, she's speaking of Virat leaving the house with Sai.

And of course Mrs Salunkhe Jr. ne suggest Kiya hai toh Dil Ke acche Ghar ke bade will have to concur, inki ragon mein toh Didi ke haath ki chai behti hai 😅 itne bhi matlabi aur ehsaan faramosh nahin Hain ye log.

So except Ashwini, none wanted to question her? And Didi must be thinking she's appearing such a practical parvah Karne wali susheel 96KSKMM brand Bahu but what a manipulative way to push the family to corner Virat and force him to take a stand. Because she's heard that he's said, "Main ye ghar chhodhh Kar jaane ki baat Soch bhi nahi Sakta" but she hasn't heard him say, "Naa jaane ko kahunga aur naa hi jaane doonga."

Oh, and I loved how Sai stood her ground and refused to leave unless Virat asks her to.

It brings me back to the dard sehna... We know what Virat does because it is tangible. But this is what Sai does -- she suffers this torment because a big part of her also wants to be with Virat. She has accepted the family as part of the package that she actually didn't even want to buy... And I find it so graceful that unlike the Susheel bahu she's never dropping threats of leaving the house because of the drama nor is she even blaming Virat for putting her into it. She never waits for him to return so that she can complain about the family... In fact, when she had told him that she wants to go to Gadchiroli during their bedroom conversation after PP left the house, Virat assumed that she wanted to leave and 'Kisi ne Kuch Kaha kya?' but she said, "Ghar chhodhh Kar jaane ki baat Nahi Kar rahi hoon"

That is how a 'wife' deals with a situation she knows wasn't created by her husband and understands that he himself is going through upheavals. You don't walk out of a marriage or on the person, when you're certain you are joined in the soul. No matter how many fights and obstacles in the way, it is about coming back to each other that matters -- coming back home. And by home, I don't mean the physical sar par chhath. Home, actually, is that person who can make you smile like no one else can!

Bas ek hi tamanna hai: in tomorrow's Century episode, it should be Mallika-e-Maturity giving her golden advice to her imaginary husband before anyone else. How I wish he accepts the offer and moved out.. someone tell Chavan Saheb it will be a perfect way to bhook mitao 🤣😂

The way Sai's expression changed when Devi mentioned Virat in the context of the rituals. Sai had changed her mind and even thought of the solution to the 'allergy'. Now, only if the chakrams knew how to push the right buttons-- I don't agree with the reasoning of the Shringaar personally, but looks like it helped. Although Sai's questions were pertinent, most subscribers of the 'rituals' raag won't be able to give logical reasons in the current century.

But it wouldn't be entirely false if some "machoor" people in the clan point out the drama that Sai did if she was anyway planning to wear the blessed red paint! Much ado about nothing!

Devi not only ignited Sai's 'emotion' but also her detective skills. So, Miss Marple will soon stumble upon the secret -- it's not a coincidence that the dialogue of Virat sir kahenge toh ek minute me chali jaungi was said in the same scene as Devi's suhagan revelation (even Mallika-e-Maturity was taken aback). Now that Ashwini is also keying in the 'pyaar' word into Sai's computer, I am hopeful of some machoor behaviour from her end but wo ACP Ka kya chal raha hai re baba? Is he going to own the Jagtap signature background music 🎶🎶 or will he reclaim the original title track of the show 💞 ya koi Naya hi gaana bajayega on his djembe? 😅

We loved the little comedy in yesterday's episode with ACP Virat Chavan rounding up Aniket More in the Nagpur Medical College, nearly getting caught by toofan mail Baiko and even head slapping himself for being so silly. Now, obviously, Chavan Saheb was 'back in the mood' because he took two long looks at Ani-khet -- toe to head and head to toe and back -- stopping to also read the message on his tee "The More you learn the More you earn". And then if course the assurance that the competitor was not taller than him. And he concluded that he was 'no threat' and went back to his jolly mood. But doesn't it still leave the issue unresolved -- his jealousy?

Wasn't he too quick to conclude that Ani-khet is no competition because he assumed that Sai would never 'fall' for this person? Judging him by his looks alone or finding him a totally contrasting personality then Sai? Was he checking if the guy is worth Sai's infatuation or love? Isn't that exactly how he thought he 'fell in love' with Patralekha, who's actual name he didn't even know in 1.47 hours of their yoga love -- just by the looks? What makes him feel so overconfident that Sai wouldn't connect with this guy at a deeper level that go beyond the looks -- exactly the way he now finds himself feeling for Sai -- if he continues to behave in the nasty way that he does when he's upset? She has already told him that she lost herself in this guy's voice -- he heard her interrupting a visibly important meeting in the Dean's office to say bye to the guy (and almost rile Virat up again). Now, what if this guy becomes the calm she needs in the middle of the choppy waters she's swimming through in that Chakram niwas and now with Virat too, because Virat has suddenly become unpredictable and takes away that support she needs on some days by becoming the cause of her anguish. He hasn't still made it clear that they are fully husband and wife now in spashth words (even my phone has understood with so much spashthta that it's an important word to be added to suggestions while typing but not Chavan Saheb 😅)

Has he really solved the issue of his insecurity and jealousy by doing this round up? No. He's going to go back to bursting at her like a bomb-- something that he accused her of doing during the Amey episode -- until he addresses his innermost emotion rather than the superficial display of joy or jealously from time to time.

It is certain that Virat now wants Sai as his 'wife'. What is stopping him from wooing her. It's definitely not the vaada. There has been no reference to it. Yes, we know that he thinks she doesn't like him and wants to leave the marriage but then, he is clearly not ready to let her go... So even though he might fear rejection, how would he know what she wants unless he tries to woo her? The first thing he must do to beginning to define the boundary when the space between them has 'crowd' -- a word he did not hear her speaking to Amey but he has already begun feeling in terms of her harmless acquaintance with other men.

Sai told Amey over the phone 'Do se jyada bheed Hoti hai... Main bheed Ka hissa Nahi ban na chahti... Sirf hamare baare me socho, mere aur tumhare baare mein." It's true that three is always crowd. Only if Virat had known how crowded his own parents' marriage has been and how the crowding of that marriage has affected his mother's self worth and dignity. Only if Virat had recognised how conveniently he allows the crowd to gather between Sai and him, even in the physical space-- mentally, the marriage is already crowded.

****

So the show is batting on 99 -- looks like the century will come with a perfect hit😉

Let's wait for the ball 😜 Waise patchy pre-cap se Lagta hai Chavan Saheb hangry ho gaye thay but appetiser se thoda si bhook mit gayi 😅 dinner milega ya nahi? Jaan ne ke liye...

... Pehle aaj Ka din ji lijiye with coffee ☕☕ tea 🍵🍵 and love ❤️ that's floating around for free... Aur Haan, hugs 🤗 🤗 toh Hain hi!

Tab tak Chavan Saheb ke liye Alexa is playing:

Tere saath saath aisa

Ko(h)i noor aaya hai

Chaand teri roshni ka

Halka sa ek sayaa hai

Teri nazron ne dil ka kiya jo hasharr

Asarr ye hua...

Ab inmein hi doobke ho jaaun paar

Yehi hai dua

Love

Very nice analysis Janki loved it, watched the episode the physical harassments was like too much but the Aai-Sai moment was nice. I will come back with detailed comments later, too much work as of now.

But i do have a question on the precap, last time during the pooja (after marriage rituals) we had Chavan saheb's guilt stricken eyes looking at someone else, would those eyes be on his wife this time? Now that's what i would like to know or rather see

I just saw the entire episode.. it have a very bittersweet feeling as u said ..

I felt sad .. all rituals are nice by it should not be forced down the throat .. sime coercion is necessary but not like this

I liked Devi ka interaction with sayi telling her why is she not putting virat ke naam ka shagun .. all these soft push works on sayi.

I felt pp was uncomfortable at the thought of sayi doing all this for virat .. she did not like the housemates forcing sayi .. because in a way it was getting established that she’s virat ki suhagan and she has to do it so that all prayers for virat is confirmed

And why was samrat not even mentioned for pakhi ..he’s MIA .. everybody knows it can go either way . Then how come they are just glossing over pakhi ka participation .. Sloppy screenplay by makers . They should have shown Samrat is all right but in a secret mission and family is aware about it

Sayi and her mom in law interactions were very good but her MIL was softly pushing her to do all these for her son though not the Alta one thank you ashwini .. sayi understands this and gave her hint .. that she is aware of pakhi virat relationship.. if there is doubt in sayi ka mind ..should Ashwini speak with her son and make stand clear with him ..

what are his intentions towards his wife .. she’s a smart beautiful girl why should be forced in. Platonic relationship and tortured for 6 years by the family by doing household work .

It will gradually kill her self esteem just like it did to ashwini

. Virat cannot keep sayi trapped like this .. for the sake of her studies .. sayi can live safely in a hostel be more at peace .. study properly and be free to pursue her relationship with any khet .. why even her prod pulkit if he was not married to Devyani or anybody else would have been a good suitor for her .

all those platonic rishta used to work in 70s during sadhna and Hema Malini time .. not now .. it does not hold ..

He can keep on being a good friend to pakhi .. nothing wrong but he has to be a husband to sayi .. promises her kids in the future ..otherwise after 6 years .. she will be free but more embittered.. or might just agree for a platonic relationship with him as she has forgotten to fly

>>> Godu has never ever confessed in front of his mother who the girl was. The mother understood her sons pain and now she is the one understanding his feelings. The problem is Godu spoke direct bhasha mein to the Spashta queen and thats going to be a hinderance all the way.

>>> Naya gana bajayega toh achcha hi hain, otherwise phir se flashback mode pe chale jayenge ACP sir. Waise bhi i don't understand his stand at times. I so want to give him benefit of doubt which i do most of the times but for now he is behaving like a teenager himself. Nope he has not solved his insecurity issue. Which makes me think is he going to ask her to come along for the trip to keep away from Aniket or will he realize it by then what is he doing??? (i doubt though)

Love

Jankiii!! I was actually waiting this morning for your post before watching the show. But from what I see(rather, read), there's too much of family drama and violence(physical as well as mental).

After chilli episode, this is the another epi I am gonna skip. I love Sairat, I have no problem if Pakhi's character is going to get improved, all the characters needs growth. But this family drama is becoming too much for me to handle😭 Don't u think so?

Bechara Virat, even on the day when Sai was dancing, he was on call and yet madam BA pass went and stood in front of him to complain. I'm like, give him a break people!! Rather, give him some peace. I would say it is better for him to go stay at Gadchiroli

Do they even know what it takes to become a doctor? and what it takes to be an ACP? I am neither a doctor nor someone in the forces/in police. But I would still say that these two professionals need lot of patience. They face a lot already. Chalo let's assume they have no idea about Doctors, what about police? I feel like it's been so long since these two had a normal day and it hurts to witness this 😔

Reading your comments about Sai, Sai-Ashwini bond does make me feel like watching the show, but at what cost dear? I can't watch the episode by fast forwarding, I feel like I should understand whatever happens before reacting. So if the drama becomes unbearable, I am done Janki!

Sorry for ranting here, but your post had everything that I wanted to discuss. Also, since I told u that I will comment on your post whenever I login from my laptop, see, I am here(not someone to twist my vaada🤣)

As always, Thank you so much for the lovely post 🤗
