Exactly. He is such a nice person who genuinely loves kavya but kavya doesn't understand his feelings and everytime going to V only.

Yes, and whatever said or done, he still genuinely loves and cares about Kavya's well being, that's why keeps telling her to not fall into Vanraj's sweet trap coz it is only words and not actions. Too bad she is too dense to see sense in his advice.
