Is Pakhi really not negative? I had some free ka time 😆 and was browsing on IG and read posts of the show cast and other makers saying Pakhi is not a negative character. No one is also saying she’s grey. However, as viewers we do see that she’s got flaws and eyeing her devar is not viewed as grey since when? I’m confused with what I’m watching and what the makers themselves and cast are saying .. can someone shed light into this?

I think the actors specially Neil, and, to an extent, Aishwarya have been given beats to deliberately obfuscate the storylines or the motivations of the characters in interviews to particularly big channels like SBS. They often have said things there that are diametrically opposite of the final episode. Neil's interviews to other channels are quite perceptive of the character. Because, tbh, these are the two characters in the show that understand/feel for Sairat the most. If they give away Virat's love or possessiveness for Sai then the show's premise doesn't hold for long. It becomes smooth and boring. Ayesha overworks but also that Sai's character is keeping Virat at arm's length to protect herself. Her motivations don't give away Sairat's love story. She, and not Pakhi,is the biggest hindrance to Sairat's love. She will not give away much. But if Aishwarya accepts that Pakhi is acting out of pure jealousy rn then her character actually has no value to the Sairat endgame. The story becomes too smooth and boring. So I think they just want our reactions.

I don't think they actually wanted to make Pakhi a purely vampish character. People can hold love for many people without being unfaithful and I think that was the plan. But, they are lazy to write something new 26 days a month so they just are copy-pasting various things and that has made Pakhi monotonous.

I do think pakhi is not completely negative. She does have feelings towards Virat and her husband is not there so she is leaning towards Virat. She does want to be the most important person in Virat’s life. It may not be as lover but she just wants Virat to take her opinion in his any decision. She also knows virat and sai’s marriage is just a deal so she thinks she is not doing wrong. She is delusional and not traditional vamp.

Also, bhavani kaku is encouraging her to take on Sai. It doesn’t seem she enjoys insulting ashwini like shown in last episode. She really thinks Sai is immature and somehow it is her duty to teach Sai lesson which also comes from her dislike and jealousy of Sai being virats wife. But pakhi is not self aware and does not introspect. And she doesn’t have anyone around her to tell her faults. Sai has Virat and ashwini.

Pakhi to me is a full-fledged vamp! Her feelings for Virat may not go right away and I am fine with that, but the things she does to get his attention and fail his relationship is nothing less than vampism to me. Doesn't matter who instigates her, but she acts upon such instigations and tortures Sai, in the Chilli grinding episode not only she made her grind chillies, but made fun of her pain. Isn't it vampism? She tells Karishma to knock and come in her room during day time while she is properly dressed, but tells her married devar to come in there without hesitation when she is all wet hair and silk nighty. Talking between husband and wife non-stop is vampism to me.

I was dreading it but it was good only.

Pakhi instigated everything to make either Sai leave or make both Virat and Sai leave the house to maintain peace at home.

Sai is like F#ck all and goes to her room.

Aai and Sai conversation awesome, that is must watch.

Precap - Virat bechara was prepping to scold Sai, but usko dhek ke hosh ud gaye

This is a different perspective! I think bc we all know the story and they want viewers on their toes, they are swinging pakhi back and forth. I do feel that somewhere Virat is also the biggest obstacle in his love w his wife. He doesnt express his feelings and say things clearly and reacts to each and every word that Sai says, causing more misunderstandings between them. I think his vaada w Pakhi may also be stopping him ..he may be the type of guy thats like samjho na and Sai is the I wont know until you tell me type of girl

I think Pakhi was right in todays episode stopping them from forcing Sai ...it was outright physical abuse but she also has a huge hand in instigating so idk what to make of her ..shes not entirely vampish but also not entirely predictable ..for once, I was happy Pakhi spoke up lol

Amazing perspective!! Yeah, Pakhi has all the negative people encouraging her and in this blindness and her jealousy, she may not be able to assess where she is going wrong. Sai does point out her mistakes but everyone just takes her in the wrong way ..

She was also very surprised at Devi tai saying shes married and was staring at kaku..she knows kaku is not a saint but for her faida, she may be going w it to get close to Virat and maintain the bond/closeness w him. I really hope they find her husband and she gets a chance to experience marriage bc its also not fair to her that samrat left w/o having a conversation or clearing things up ...

Yes, when Sai saw she was hurt, she asked her to stop. If Pakhi had once asked Sai to stop, ai would have stopped grinding the chillis. Her taunts when Sai hurt herself was despicable. That is a true vamp! Her character is like a pendulum ..it keeps swinging per her meaning and matlab ..though she did speak up for Sai today when it was unbearable ..which should be appreciated too ..but she instigated the Sai leaving home thing ..smh
