Probably will release online then. It will face severe backlash from exhibitors otherwise. A bulk of their profits come from food and not tickets. They make 50% profit from food but only 25% from tickets sold.

They have already been badly hit by Covid. I don't think they will let this happen.

So either Sriram release this online OR the theatre owners will zabardasti put an interval like they do for Hollywood movies.

The last movie I watched without an interval was Tenet. But sometimes I guess, an interval may ruin the film, especially if there are too many twists and turns, or continuity from one scene to the other cannot be broken at any cost to maintain the excitement.

It's OK, I can sit for 90 minutes if the film is gripping enough like Andadhun.

But if it's like Badlapur, I would need to process my emotions and sensibilities, I would prefer an interval.
