Also does anyone have this problem called fat fingers? Everytime I try and put the laughing emoji my fat finger picks the censored emoji 🤔 it’s when I use my phone. Quite annoying really.

God yes, I do. Every time that happens to me when I try to use that emoji 😆 I'm not really swearing at you all, promise!

Shivika were my main OTP with the intense, tashan waala romance (seem to have a thing for it clearly). But RumYa were the cute couple and Shivika fans themselves. They went for the whole fit boy-chubby girl concept. I have no idea why they had to sink that ship because they had amassed quite a decent following too. No reason was given that I can recall of. Then they turned sweet Sumo into a sinister character. Bhavya and Rudy were given this weird half-baked relationship that just never connected to me.

LMAO. I knowww. The three sisters did the whole chanting complete with a bonfire in the center 🤣. Perhaps they actually took inspiration from Macbeth. It was hilarious and the forums had erupted then too. I actually went to look for it to relive it but couldn't find it right now. Man, it was something.

I agree. Om just became a character that the writers were confused of. He couldn't have his own personality. Minus some core traits, his characters would adjust based on the other characters and the situation. It wasn't just his actions but the complete characters. He was very level headed when advising Shivaay on his foolishness regarding Anika. Then, he did the exact same things. I was like Heinn??? DBO was like watching a show with different genre than IB. They took the weirdness in IB and multiplied it a few times in DBO.

I personally think that what OmRu shared with Anika was beyond Shivaay. While the other family members loved Anika because of Shivaay, OmRu loved and cared for her for who she was. Granted, that love would take a backseat when it comes to Shivaay. Because their love for Shivaay always took priority. But even in those situations, their love for her was genuine. Imo Om and Anika shared more of a friendship dynamic but with Rudra, Anika became from his partner in crime to the Bhabi-ma like status. It gave me the fuzzy feels. Their bond looked so natural and effortless. @Bold That was such a sweet, heartwarming scene. Wasn't Shivaay overlooking in that scene too? He felt those pangs too and realized he may not see her again.

Om was a very complex character yr, that writers actually could not handle!! His character had this very complex arc, his drug addiction and the affect of his parent's relationship, his anger that he rally kept inside( like a freaking volcano),all of that, had they let his arc go on the original track, it would have become quite dark for itv ( dark as in, since these all are serious issues that are rarely shown in itv esp. in family drama like IB) and if they would have focused on his og arc the one I'm talking about, it would have overshadowed shivika, which would have made viewers angry. So they kinda went and left him hanging😪

DBO is something that shall not be discussed.😂

People loved om with gauri but both of them together gave me bff vibes man, they never matched. It's not just the chemistry thay was missing, their characters were never aligned or maybe my expectations were too high because we had pairings like shivika and rumya in the same show!!!

#aniomru..what wouldn't i give to see them again. From being awed by her to becoming friends to the gradual progress of their relationship where they were sometimes more worried about ani than shivaay!!! After shivika, it was them that kept me hooked to the show!!

Ohhhhhhhh that makes sense. I mean, Sanjivani 2.0 was *whispers* not great, but I guess since he's done other things I won't hold that against him 🤣

I saw snippets of an interview he gave recently (?) where he said that even at the lowest point of the show, SC was one of the few (along with Rohit Roy) who kept the morale and spirits up amongst the team and never gave up/stopped working hard. So I think he has a lot of respect for her for that, and probably would work with her again.

By "subtle" hints, I assume you mean spamming his socials with "TAKE SHARBHI IN A NEW SHOW TOGETHER", right...? 😆

I enjoyed the facets they gave to Om early on and agree that they would have been "too dark" for ITV audiences, esp as the rest of the show was so light and humorous.

I don't know for sure but I imagine there were lots of fights amongst people who only wanted to watch for Shivika versus those who want OmRu to have parallel tracks (since the show began by promoting itself as the brothers' story) etc. But when Shivika took off, no wonder the show leaned into it.

AniOmRu were the best - the family she never had 😳

Same bro... It happens with me while typing as well. I choose the wrong/adjacent alphabet in flow and then i post the comment. 😂Then i realise what I've written and that gets me angry Because i hate it when people type in wrong spellings or use wrong grammer!!🙂
