Even though I don't agree with his insistence on bending down to the chakrm bullies! I FELT HIS PAIN! Neil again, stupendous acting! Ayesha as a Sai was superb too, but the character of Sai was too irritating today. She needed to take a step back especially when a person like Virat is in this mental condition to understand why he is behaving the way he is. He really needed to be heard by Sai and only Sai. He even discarded PP's advances to run to his room. Virat is not a person to emote too much or speak a lot or get angry, he was doing all of it together!

Poor guy is deeply in love, doesn't even know that he is. His little smirk when he entered the room and saw Sai was of relief. He started talking normally, but Sai was not in mood for a normal exchange, she wanted to carry on the morning mood. She wanted to keep quiet and show her displeasure about the morning, but Virat was trying to break the ice of the day!

Sai's hot headed personality and her age combined, she hasn't learnt to listen, consider, digest and reply. She never showed such concern for her dad to give water or food upon coming home, its just like any other teenager. She made a face at her dad when she was upset about him scolding her and just ran away angry on her bicycle. Virat has given Sai such shield that she never needed to understand that she needs to min it because she is at her in laws and an unwarted bahu even though she is a teenager.

To Virat he saves Sai all the time and its true, Half his time goes in fighting with the family and the other half goes in to arguing with Sai. However, to Sai his family is bully and its true, they bully her all the time and pick fight with her without any wrong done by her. However, Virat's is reaching his tolerance limit, he wants Sai to play safe enough times, so he doesn't have to be at war all the time. I agree with him here.

His words today "tum mujhe hamesha ye ahesas dilati ho ki tum muhjse pyar nahi karti thi or mujhse shadi nahi karana chahti thi" were straight out of his heart. His shield broke in that emotional moment. "Maine socha hum sath mein dinner karenge......kabhi mujhse pyar se puchhati bhi nahi ki mera din kaise gaya" all these are expectations of a husband from his wife. Virat in this moment forgets that he is talking to a teenage bride whom he has told she is not actually his wife, but duty. However, if Sai calmly listens to his words, its all out in the open.

Please don't make Sai's character so ruthless when it comes to Virat. Because, he tries to keep her happy and shields her from the psychos, but he has a limit too.

You hit the nail in the head. I honestly don't think Sai understands it at all. Virat isnt being clear and he has said in the past that when ever i talk to you i have to remember to talk spashta. However, he was all over the place, batameezi w family and how he feels. She is confused and moreover she takes peoples words over what they say. She was never shown to understand underlying meaning of things that he was asking her to do. He's asking her to look at the bahar ki duniya...meaning him! come out of books and parents, and see the bahar ki duniya...by that he means him. He just wants the same care and attention he gives to Sai back. He now wants the wife ka pyaar. However, he doesnt understand what he says doesnt match whats in his heart and brain on what hes saying. Ugh hes such a mess. he's a hot mess that is amazing to watch right now.

I hope we get an equal mix of the calm loving virat as well as this virat and fights. Honestly, they shouldnt ruin the previous equation they both shared w fights and udasi between them.

I hope to get some quiet and positive scenes even if they are not Sairat. Because this kind of constant negativity puts me off and soon I will leave the show.

Now I am confused alot. I only watch the epi after visiting the forum but on IG I saw one clip where sai is sitting and virat came. So who started it. Sai blaming virat. Virat telling her the ehsaans.

Should the episode is watchable or not ?

It is watchable... I had mixed feelings when I read the forum posts, but when I watched it, the episode was not bad.

Virat started a conversation when he walked in, but Sai wanted to give him a silent treatment keeping the morning mood intact. Thats how it all started. However, Virat was speaking from lot of hurt and Sai wasn't as loud as him, but was more piercing and Virat wants his wify, so the fight nasty, but Virat was still hurting from Amay flirting thing! He never mentioned, but Neil's acting did the job

I don't know how Sai can understand Virat when just that morning he stood against her. In today's fight, both Virat and Sai were not on the same page, forget the same page, they were not even in the same book. Virat wants that emotional attachment with Sai just as there is between a husband and wife, but he started this talk at the wrong time in the wrong way. First, he started it by completely forgetting what happened in the morning between them, then he went on about Sai's badtameezi and how she does not care about anyone and how much he has done for her. And in between all that, he threw bread crumbs by saying what he actually felt and wanted from Sai. As audience, it is damn clear to us what Virat actually meant, but from Sai's POV, she needed some space today after all she had faced, was angry at Virat for shouting at her in front of his family and hurting Ashwini, and SHE HAD AN EXAM in the morning for which she needed to study. From Sai's POV all she did was support his bua, that's it. She asked him again and again that what did she do that is causing him to be so mad at her. For Virat, the fight was about their relationship, using Sai's nature as an excuse, but for Sai it was about Virat getting mad at her for doing the right thing. They just were not on the same level today. Virat has reached a level in their relationship, is expecting Sai to catch up, without talking to her calmly. He has not contemplated what he wants, he just blurts out all in an emotional outburst. Till he does not acknowledge that he expects more in this marriage in his own mind and communicate clearly to Sai, how will Sai understand what he wants? At any point today, Virat could have stopped the fight and told Sai, let this topic go, you study for your exam and we can talk later. But he wanted Sai's attention. And it is Sai's character flaw, that if someone is angry with her, she will not calm down and think what is going on with the other person. She will get equally, if not more angry at that person. But how is she going to learn anything about marriage and relationships and grow as a person if that house is a constant war zone for her not knowing where the next bullet will come from. She is in constant survival mode there. I just wished Sai moved into a hostel, at least that way Virat-Sai relationship can grow at a normal pace. That house is so toxic.

The truth is, this show lacks introspection scenes. Like the fight they had after Sai talking with Amay on the phone, what happened after the fight. They just went to sleep? They should have shown both of them lying on the bed, facing their back against each other and thinking what the other person said. Even in that fight, Virat gave all sorts of hints about what he expects in this relationship. I don't know which train the creatives of this show are trying to catch, they just show one drama after another. No halt, no pause. I don't really understand Patralekha's character. We have not seen Virat contemplate anything. Sai goes from screaming/fighting to behaving childish to screaming/fighting from one scene to another. Where is the therav in this serial? Today the episode by itself, I liked. But this week has been a big headache. Constant taunts, evil planning, angry outburst, insults, slapping, crying. Creatives really need to learn to balance drama with lightheartedness. Also after the morning episode, why did they not show Virat contemplate the morning fiasco at the police station and Sai contemplate the same in college? I feel all the characters, especially the main ones, need alone scenes in this serial. After today's fight also, will we get Sai think back to the words Virat said that she seemed to not listen at that moment in her hurt and anger. Will she acknowledge that her relationship with Virat is growing but she cannot fall in love and has to protect herself as he is not clear about his feelings for his "best friend", his family hates her and he is kind of blind to the reality of his family? Will Virat think about the treatment his family keeps on doling out at Sai and his behavior toward his mom when he calms down? Or will the creatives move on to the next Devi track? Will Virat ever remember the vaada he gave to Patraleka and get out of it? Will Virat think about all that he told Sai when they got married and how his expectations have completely changed since then? Will we get any self-introspection scene ever? Lastly, what the heck is going on in Patrlekha's mind. From the actor's expression, nothing is clear to me. Isn't she one of the main characters in this serial? Is her life goal suddenly become to be obsessed with her two day crush? The biggest failure till date of the creatives according to me is the character of Patralekha. It's like I hate her and I don't even know why. 😆

I do agree with you on how Virat needs to be explicit and proper conveying needs to be done. However, this scene to me looked more like Virat's flaws coming out. The guy himself doesn't realize what he feels and why he feels this way. He constantly has been asking Sai in last couple of episodes to not get involved because he has to bare the brunt and she is not thinking of it. Virat does stand up for her, but he is not able to stop all the bullies is a flaw in this character as Sai just does something without explaining herself is her flaw. Just like Sai can't read Virat's changing feeling without being told, others can't read her ideas in her head without being told. Today, just looking at his condition I think she should have wondered what is wrong with this guy, who is out of every element I know so far in him?

@bold - Exactly, and this is what I mean by self-introspection scenes. It's like something happens and they move on, drama ke baad drama. They both don't think about the other's words. Virat thinks it is Sai's fault why she can't get along with his family. Does he pause to think why Sai is having trouble getting along with his family? It can't all be Sai's fault. In the last 2 fights, Sai has explicitly told him about his family. Did he hear? No. That is why we need to see his contemplation scene. Same thing with Sai, in the last 2 fights, Virat has explicitly told her what he expects from this relationship. He wants peace in the house, time with her, he wants to share things with her, and most importantly HE WANTS TO HAVE DINNER WITH HER. 😆 For heaven's sake, can these two just have dinner together? Anyway, he has already used the word pyaar a few times now. Tomorrow's episode should be all about contemplation, the literal therav after the week of constant fighting and drama. But I know we will not get it. In precap, they already showed the morning scene. Virat even needs to contemplate Patralekha's behavior in today's episode and think about making it clear that he has moved on and for her to never ever wait for him. Like her waiting for him to come back home was so disturbing to watch, how disturbing it might have been for Virat?
