What has happened to Malhar?

I have stopped watching Raabta since months(Actually it was becoming highly unrealistic with Malhar being demoted just due to AS's influence. An IPS officer is not some aira gaira who can be demoted on whims of kitchen politics. And showing Kalyani directly as DM (As far as I remember, Kalyani was shown as not much interested in conventional studies. Instead she was shown as an aspiring fashion designer. Moreover new IAS officers don't get directly promoted as DM. Also abuse of Anupriya and Swara at the hands of AS and Pallavi was also very difficult to watch and unrealistic.). Yesterday my sister changed channels and I saw Malhar talking with a different accent and I thought WTH has happened to him. Then I found out he's not Malhar. What do you think can be possible plot directions CVs can take:

1. Shera is Shera only, not Malhar: Which tbh won't work. I mean Malhar went through so much (His siblings getting killed despite being younger than him, his first wife abandoning him, his son getting separated from him) and for him to die like that just is so cruel. Also logically Kalyani falling in love with a crude flirt like Shera is not feasible.

2. It's both Kalyani and Malhar's plan- Again very feeka. The fun in a TV show is the internal and external conflicts leads get involved in. If it was their plan all along, the internal conflict will be zero.

3. Either Malhar has a memory loss or he's pretending

I would like to see more of Pillu and Shera's bonding. I've always felt their relationship is a bit underrated in the show as it gets overshadowed by Pillu and Kalyani's love. Also for once I want Anupriya to give back to AS. Poorva is such a great actor and it's a shame to see her playing only a doormat in the show. For once I want her to save the day. Also more of Avani and AS interactions with Shera please. Malhar was a gentleman and he gave them a lot of freedom to abuse him. But Shera has no such issues. He can easily settle issues with Avani and AS

we are assuming that malhar is on an undercover mission so he came back as shera. exactly tho hume bhi nay pata buy 99% he is malhar.

we are also assuming that by the end of this track malhar will get back his ACP position.

yes, season 2 se story has become very unrealistic and more messed up with all the mysteries and no traces of development in characters' lives.

My sister used to watch the show. I began watching the show for Poorva and I loved the arc between Anupriya and Kalyani. I hated Kalyani and Malhar's marriage (Actually I was not so comfortable with a fifteen year old getting married to a man in thirties) and Malhar's character infuriated me many times in his treatment to Kalyani. And all I wanted was Kalyani to leave Malhar and Rane family and settle abroad with Anupriya.

But that being said, however I hated Malhar, Sehban with his subtle acting had some of the best moments in the show whether they were with Moksh or Swara. Reem is a wonderful naturally talented actress, better than even the actresses who are much more experienced. It's just that the writers are pathetic. But finally if they manage to do without showing utterly stupid dream sequences, the new track has potential but I'm sure CVs will ruin it. Btw, it's fun to see the character of Shera(Most characters of Sehban were Angry young men since DMG and a gentleman in Bepanah) . If they somehow show Moksh Shera bonding, it would be great. And yes, I want Avni and AS to get punishment more than simply going to jail.

when they got married malhar was 28 and kalyani was 18. they clearly said that in an interview. and 10 years age difference ki shaadi tho real life mein bhi kayi loge karte hai, show mein nay but actors real ages were 16 and 30+. yeah, malhar didn't treat her properly.

yes sehban and reems's acting is amazing. don't know when they will focus on kalma and anusar's relation. they always ethier focus on 'raabta' or on crimes. i want to see a proper love story of kalma and anusar. but pata nay dikhayenge bhi ya nay.

I agree ten year age difference couples are there but not just in Raabta, in most ITV shows, 17 to 18 year old brides shouldering the responsibilities of household and in laws is shown as if it's the most common thing in the world. I mean, I'm fine with pairing an eighteen year old with twenty or twenty one year old or pairing a twenty four year old with thirty five year old but pairing a teenager with someone in thirties seems a bit odd.

As for AnuSar, I don't feel they'll get together. I loved that couple more than KaMal but after Saarthak marrying Avani, it won't be so easy. As for Kalyani Malhar, I think CVs will go for a role reversal with Kalyani being guarded, reserved, strict and Shera being the mischievous troublemaker. I want to see more of tashan between Kalyani and Shera before his identity gets revealed.

malhar was not in the thirties when he got married to kalyani after 5 years of leap now he is in his thirties when they got married for the first time in season 1 he was in late 20's. but its true that its a little odd, even the CVs were worried if people will like kalma pairing but people liked it.

about anusar, i don't know how the story will shape up in their relation, but as per the precap avni's 'true colors' are out in front of sarthak. so may be we will get to see some sautan drama and all as avni will end up jail soon, anusar may end up together once again, but it will take time.

shera and kalyani yeah their scenes are fun to watch and we may get see more of their tashan in future episodes. but actually, 70% of the audiences are confused on if he is really malhar or he is shera. so most of the kalma fans are not being able to enjoy sheyani's scenes. let's hope for the best👍🏼

I understand it's really justified for fans to actually feel cheated when a main character is killed off and other lead's love story with a lookalike. What I'm afraid of the makers don't show Shera as Malhar's twin and when Malhar comes back, kill Shera off as a sort of noble sacrifice. I don't want Shera to be a different person even if they show Malhar recuperating from his injuries somewhere else. You know makers can show some little hints to viewers that he's Malhar only like inadvertently saying something to Kalyani, Kaka, Anu or even AS that Malhar had said earlier without Kalyani telling him, or doing something romantic for Kalyani that Kalyani always wished or asked Malhar for, but Malhar being Malhar refused. Some heart to heart with Pillu, but yes at this stage, it's necessary to give hints he's Malhar else fans will have no emotional connect with the thread.

but they did give many hints oh shera being malhar, like they recreating many season 1 kalma scenes with shera here. 99% he is malhar.

he did give the right answer when avni asked him something that only malhar and she knows.

they are actually confusing audiences, even in other shows when lookalike drama happen they do the same, confusing audiences. i hope they reveal it at least to the audiences.

I think they'll not reveal it that early to audience. The whole point in ITV to bring lookalike is to create confusion both in the show and in audience's mind. If done smartly, it can redeem a show but the thing here is both the leads are married couple so it's actually uncomfortable for audience to watch them with any other character in the show. I hope they show more faceoff scenes between Avni AS and Kalyani Malhar. Actually I hate AS more than Avni (it's actually a testament to how amazing the actress playing AS is that when I watch her as Archana's Aai in Pavitra Rishta, I feel like they are being played by different actresses). Actually I think it's more interesting to see Avni Kalyani faceoff and Aau Saheb Malhar faceoff because Avni tortured Kalyani more and Malhar was wronged by Aau Saheb more. I also feel this maybe is the ending track as in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha too, they killed hero and then after showing his lookalike the show went off air.
