The video won't load for me, but, if this is Daniel Fernandes' stand up, then no! He is merely pointing out about how the public attention was diverted from important issues, both political and mental health, to Rhea, how she was targeted by everyone instead of talking about mental health and raising it's awareness. He was speaking of how the death was used by everyone for their own gains. I hope you have watched his stand up before just hating on him.😊
I can’t see the video but yaa the whole justice for ssr movement was pointless
okay I saw the video and he had point but he should have made his points without disrespecting someone who’s dead , it’s not ssr’s fault that this shitshow happened
Arguably the worst time to be a stand-up comic in India. 😆
Whoever this guy is, he just self-sabotaged himself.😆
He was more or less taking digs at the Indian Media Circus, Kangana, Arnab, Rhea's witch hunt etc etc than making fun of Sushant. Serously, what a joke Indian journalism became in last 5-6 months.
Still he should have been respectful, when he was taking Sushant's name. Otherwise, his act was okay.

Well the damage is done and he was even forced to 'apologize'
Read it till the end LOL
He was actually talking more about the way his case was treated by the news channels and local people. He pointed out the absurdities that people showed regarding many issues related to the case, especially mental health.
Daniel himself suffered from mental illness and knows how severe it can be. He was not mocking Sushant he was mocking the ones who mock mental health and has made an absolute joke of someone's death including people like kangana and arnab
Also, after his demise Daniel came up with this video. He rightly pointed out that how we only talk good about someone when that person is dead if we were to talk this kindly about him when he was alive, instead of writing ridiculous lies about, maybe things would have been different. Nevertheless here is the video

What he said was right.
Didn't u see the media circus during the incident.
WITH NO RESULT at all.
There is something very weird to me about putting up a post on Instagram that says “Sushant Singh Rajput - New stand-up video” with your face plastered on it.
Considering the circumstances around his death, regardless of the content supposedly being harmless, does no-one find this a cheap tactic to get views? If a comedian tomorrow posts a “Nirbhaya - new stand-up video”, ya’ll would be ok with it? Because “yaar, watch the video no. He’s making fun of delhi police and the politicians, not the victim.” Sorry, but this doesn’t sit well with me.
He may have been satirising the reaction to Sushant’s death but I find it incredibly distasteful of him to even use this subject in the first place as comic material for his act, given that this all transpired from someone’s tragic and untimely death.
