Koffee with Karan - Kangan, Anil, Sanjay Rapid-fire

I watched Anil, Sanjay & Kangna's Koffee with Karan rapid-fire again.

I seriously feel so bad for Kangana. She was being humiliated again n again by Karan.

He asked her if she has done any lip job while Anil was answering the rapid-fire. How embarrassing it is for anyone to be questioned about their cosmetic or medical procedure on national television.

Also, he did not mention her name when he asked both the actors to rate her contemporaries. His excuse for doing this was her presence on the show, but he asked Sanjay about his favorite contemporary, and Anil was part of the list. He then asks Anil about his worst nightmare, and waking up with Kangana is one of the options.

These were some cringing moments. I felt so uncomfortable watching it.

I don't remember her having any issue with Karan before this episode. Also, I never saw such interactions with any other guests on the show before or after this. Why was he so rude to her ?

This episode aired in December of 2010 - that’s TEN YEARS ago. If the purpose of this thread is to justify Kangana’s behavior today because of a stupid show she was eager to be on where she was asked about her obvious lies about a cosmetic procedure (allergic reaction was her excuse as I recall) and not included in the A- list of actresses (because she was not anywhere close to A-list in 2010), nope doesn't justify it.

How did you get it to be a thread to justify her behavior?

If he was trying to expose her lies, I wonder why in so many years he hasn't expose Kajol and Deepika's skin lightening, didn't Kajol say it happened due to lack of skin exposure? Why not ask Priyanka and Kareena about the obvious change on their face? Why bother to expose a B grade actress? Let me guess, maybe because she was an easy prey?

He hates outsider, or thinks they are beneath the rich, rude, dumb anorexic / poor looking starkids, that is like his standard. I only judged people who actually are friend with this guy, like how fame and money hungry can you be to ignore his bullying.

It shouldn't even be a matter of debate that no girl should be treated like that. Display of toxic masculinity and nepotism. Also KJo revealed a side of his, and I suspect he's mean and in general b$$chy to a lot more actresses, and actors, and humans. Some of us don't have the capacity to behave like this with fellow humans, no matter what their background. Apun ko apunki maan ne gariya gariya ke seedha kiyela tha, maybe none of his parents did that. Waise upbringing ki baat karein toh Kangana ke toh kya hi kehne bhaee 😃
