Actually I just saw promo of a show where the leads are connected. Ml is tortured fl feels it. They have a connection literally how do you explain that😆

Krishna is a newcomer and I think he himself has admitted that emotional scenes are his weak point so I suppose he will gradually learn. I do think his emotional scenes during Dussehra were better than his previous emotional breakdown scenes but that's just my opinion.

I kind of liked prachi's break down scene in recent episode with shah na.

I can relate to that opinion. My only problem is i just can't digest Abhi and Pragya's child to be devil's incarnate. It's especially sad for Pragya in my opinion. She loved her sisters and had a great bond with them, they actually loved her back unlike Aliya with Abhi. Then she's lost one of her daughters already. To see her lose another one would be really sad in terms of tragedies this character has faced. Especially if she ends up dead or in jail. Which leaves the redemption arc to tie up the story.

Also personally, i've seen kids around me in real life who have had no limits whatsoever and they are dangerous not only to the people around them but themselves too. Nearly all of them have parent related issues and in some cases abuse related that their families tried solving by throwing money their way or neglecting them further. They've just never been shown limits to what they can do. They were never given a moral upbringing, actually taught the difference between right and wrong. It gets to me because i can see the potential for them to be better. It's really not their fault because children don't ask to be born and thrown into the kind of families or environments they are born in. They pay the price of other people's mistake and then through them so do other people. When parents don't stop their kids when they first make the mistake or ignore it or save them from the consequences of it without letting them absorb it's implications, it just tells them what they are doing is okay and that they can get away with it.

In my eyes the people actually responsible for Rhea being this way are her family i.e. the people who raised her.Kids follow what they see. It's been shown that more than Abhi, Aliya and Meera have had a hand in bringing up Rhea. Abhi loves his daughter but he wasn't exactly a present parent and even if he had been, he's a push over. The way Aliya turned out is a proof of that. Obviously Aliya influence would dominate. She's given Rhea everything she wanted, helped her get away with everything and worst yet, she considers Rhea to be a pawn. Only the kid doesn't even realize she's being used. She thinks this one person is actually sincere to her and understand her pain.

In terms of pshycoanalysis, if one was to do an actual study of Rhea's character, all things remaining the same, it can be concluded that her obsession with Ranbir, her anger, conscienceless actions all stem from her trying to replace the emptiness and pain from her parents (idea of being abandonded and so on). This is a psychological issue that can be treated.

I'm doing a poor job of explaining what i wanted too tbh. I know that everything she did falls under a crime and is something she should be jailed for. But legally it's the victim's prerogative if they want to file a criminal case against her which in this case is Prachi. That will never happen. Hence, the best conclusion then would be to redeem her only doing that will leave the writers without much to write because they aren't really as creative as they'd like to believe.

And yes Rhea is shaping up to be more and more like Aliya but there is a key difference there. A. She genuinely loves her dad and her mother. She wanted to be with them and i think had the writing gone differently, they could have shown her growth in character. B. Aliya is inherently evil. The only thing she cares about more than anything, genuinely so, is money and power. Nothing else matters in front of that. I don't see Rhea being able to deliberately harm Pragya now that she knows she's her mother or her father for that matter. Not in a way that would endanger them at least where as Aliya would do it. Aliya would definitely hurt Rhea and use her to get her means. Rhea wouldn't do that to Aliya if the case was reversed.

Rhea deep down just wants to be loved and put first and wanted. Aliya wants to control everything and everyone.

The difference between Rhea and Prachi's character is that the latter is grounded. She is mature enough to be in a relationship. In fact she needs the kind of fun and ease that a character like Ranbir brings to her life. That isn't the same for Rhea. She's grown up with a fractured mind. She doesn't need a romantic partner, what she needs is an actual family. That stability, security and love.

Some people i know did change even after coming from the worst kind of places upon meeting the right kind of people who could influence them for the better. It's amazing to see the strides they've made and all that they've achieved actually.

Power is just that power - how it's harnessed and directed is what makes all the difference.

But hey, i've probably put more thought into these characters (procrastination FTW) than the CV's have all year.

I think the root of Rhea's problems is the sense of abandonment. It is pretty clear that Aliya fed a lie that her mother chose her sister over her. And that might have affected her psyche as a child. Had Abhi been a better parent, then Rhea would have turned out better. He should have made sure to tell her about her mother's goodness instead of keeping her in the dark. And now everything has spiraled put of control. Initially, Rhea was just a spoiled brat. She crossed a line when she tried to defame both Prachi and Ranbir and tried to murder Prachi. And the worst part is she is absolutely unapologetic about that behavior. Her redemption is only possible if she truly repents, apologizes to her mother and Prachi and accept any punishment given to her. Even then I don't think people will accept her. So makers might just keep her as the vamp.

Yeah. I m glad Prachi is assertive though. One hardly gets such FL scenes and therefore I love when Prachi gives it back to ppl. The Diwali scene with Aliya and Rhea is my fav 😆

I've liked some in this show as well but personally I feel she nailed them better in PRC. I have to admit dharam Veer was a good show for her. It allowed her to do sword fighting, horse riding and some good stunts.

Mugdha is great at sassy scenes but there are some scenes where I really think she nails the crying/emotional part. I cried with her in that scene where Abhi meets her after the revelation. Although I am glad that Prachi does get a chance to be fierce in some scenes

Honestly even I feel that PB hasnt shown much improvement. All I see her is the monotonous crying scenes. She just can't pull being bratty. She should take notes from Sonal pendse character from kyun hota hai pyaar, that one was the epitome of narcissistic bratty with a capital B

Yup that one show gave her a lot of scope I liked her character the most. She was miles ahead than rajat in that one. Rajat's character was same as in prc just in a different setting
