I feel they are showing Ejaz to be less controversial and therefore silently moving him to the top to win .

BB ki dictionary mein bully banna matlab content dena. Being a bully is the first and foremost requirement of a BB contestant.

Shukla was never portrayed as a bully by makers. His actions were shown as reactions. But for madamji they used the word bully and bashed her. Thats the difference.
