Doubt it’s a Sponsored Trip or at least the other couple would be alone or with their family’s there and not some relatives at it is been said they met at the airport.

you got a point. RSDP usually go to Maldives around this time of the year no? Maybe they are attending a wedding or some function if relatives are also seen.
