On instagram someone said that in tomorrow's episode the kohli family family picture frame is shown falling down (in typical itv fashion) and that it means kuch toh bura honewala hai that indicates that kohli family will break. Haven't seen it yet, but if this true, then this bad omen with the kohli family picture coincides with how they are now giving us hints that pallavi is in fact faking her heart problem. Oh god a member of kohli family dying, ranbir blaming prachi 𤢠I'm hating the idea of this. Bu I was hoping more so along the lines that ranbir will get to know about pallavi's lie and break off relationship with her which will then lead to some other kohli family related drama that will cause breakdown of kohli family relations.
