I repeat if there is one true gentleman in the sense of being a GENTLE MAN, it is only and only Eijaz.
All he craves for is love and appreciation. He is highly sensitive and incredibly scarred. No wonder he gets along well with dogs. They don't backstab and you know exactly where you stand with them. They give you unconditional love and make you feel so worthy and wanted and they don't hurt you with their words.
Eijaz never forgets niceness towards him and anyone who gave him even a little bit of love such as Aly. He still considers him his younger brother and means it in spite of all the hurtful things Aly told him after coming back! This trait is very endearing but freaks me out as well because he is extremely forgiving and doesn't hold grudges (either at all with some and not for long with some others who really hurt him and who he doesn't particularly care for because of who and how they are such as Jasmin who is not at all his kind of person).
I once again repeat myself when I say that unfortunately his defense mechanisms are very weak when faced with unexpected or uncalled for aggression or raised voices or impolite ways of speaking to him. He simply doesn't know how to deal with such aggression and this is why there are so many in this forum who dislike him. I understand him and therefore this doesn't make me dislike him. I just so wish I could do something to help him.
He is empathetic and feels for others and their emotions. It was not an act when he had tears on hearing Jasmin's parents' letter and its contents. And his letter came straight from the heart and I had tears in my eyes only when he read his letter out aloud.
I can go on and on but I know not many here want to understand this man let alone appreciate him, so will stop here.
Just a few words about other contestants today. I totally agreed with Rahul V when he singled out Eijaz as being the only one out of the 4 contestants who have spent 90 days without any contact with the world who has been truly alone since Rubina and Abinav have each other and Jasmin has Aly.
I appreciated Abhinav asking Eijaz to read his letter out aloud. I appreciated Aly who had genuine tears for Eijaz and who genuinely hugged him when he chose to hand over Jasmin's letter first.
I loved Arshi and her proximity and genuine sisterly fondness and protectiveness towards Eijaz and her playfulness with the letter.
I appreciated everyone who was there when Eijaz read his letter and the spontaneous clapping and feeling emotional and happy for him. It was a beautiful moment.
Sorry for the long rant guys!
And last but not least, I appreciated Rubina and her little speech at the end when she wanted to give everyone their letters!
Phew, I am done!! 😃
