Veer recalling the sea god

Why did he do that? What was the connection here? Is it something regarding the tides and the gravitational pull of the moon? And who the hell is this Chandni? Why was she behaving like she knew Veer since ages? Don’t tell me he was the one who was supposed to marry Veer or Aakesh originally now was she???

From what I gathered they knew each other from

Childhood potentially. And I think the recollection of the sea god was to us show us Veer remembers everything and subconsciously he realises something isn’t right.

So in short chandni and fake Markaat are actually working together. Like earlier she had got the sea god to help her, this time she took the help of Chandni to control Veer in return for marrying him.

I give up. I can't understand him and his hypnosis until and unless it all comes out as a big plan.

Basically she has connections with everyone lol she has done a lot of networking before being locked up by Ballu.

I liked the callback to the Sea God's words because it felt like that was our Veer remembering the trap the Sea God had laid. It was like a moment of doubt in his brain.

IDK if Chandni is mili hui with Markaat (she must be, Markaat seemed to have an idea of where he might be), but I liked them throwing that scene in to show Veer still is in there...and maybe can fight back a little.

May be because in that episode Vani are talking about "koi apna sachha pyar chod kar jata hai kya" something like that and jaise sea god meera ko power ki lalach de raha tha and aaj chandni bhi veer ke sath isi tarah ki batein kar rahi thi so ho sakta hai ki last mein veer Break this marriage and return back to Bani

Well Chandrakala did want to desperately look at the moon and get it under her control so she could control whoever looked at the moon in return. If she could control the sea waves via the sea god I guess this is her plan indeed.
