Sridevi walked the ramp at LFW and we don't know why?

Sridevi, 44, walked the ramp in a floor length Grecian inspired metallic gold gown for the designer duo of Priya and Chintan, on the final day of LFW Wednesday, March 2, doing neither the designers nor herself any good.

April 3, 2008 (Sawf News) - Sridevi, 44, walked the ramp in a floor length Grecian inspired metallic gold gown for the designer duo of Priya and Chintan, on the final day of LFW Wednesday, March 2, doing neither the designers nor herself any good. A very talented and beautiful actress, who is poised to make her Bollywood comeback, Sridevi is neither a model nor a style icon, so we are not sure where she got her inspiration to walk the ramp from. There must have been a return of favor in play.

We just don't think any favors were returned as she strutted her stuff on the runway looking unsure, even horrified, and every one of her 44 years of age. Her dress had embellished details on the top of the bodice and criss crossing around the waist. The dress was form hugging till the hips and a gathered full skirt below that.

She accessorized with dangler earrings, a chunky studded bracelet on left wrist and a pearl ring on her right hand little finger. Her long and not-so-lustrous-any more hair was styled straight on top with ringlets set halfway.

The gold and brown hues that she used with her makeup made her skin appear dull and left her looking her age. While Sridevi did not look comfortable walking the ramp her husband, producer-director Boney Kapoor, their two daughters, Priya and Chintan, were ecstatic cheering her from the front row to the delight of one and all.

And that made our day, albeit not for the reason Priya and Chintan may have wanted.
