I loved Maya Memsaab (1993), your thoughts?

I know people have bad opinions about this movie, many of them hated the movie, but I think it is a very different movie. Something about this movie takes me to a dream world, especially around the year it was released (1993), that was a really good time in my life. The story, songs, music everything about the movie is very dreamy, poetic and especially the landscape/hill station where it was filmed, they match so nicely with the story and music.

I really miss the early 90s part of my life and this movie whenever I watch it, takes me back to those years.
