Yes there are exaggerations of him being a saint. But there are exaggerations of him being an evil too. So how does it make a difference?

SSR was human like all of us. He worked hard, he followed his dreams, made it big, lived life to the fullest, splurged on himself and his loved ones. He was brilliant, was humane, was ethical(Rajput surname fiasco) but sadly he was also suffering from a mental illness. Was self admittedly Bipolar. With Bipolar comes extremes of everything. Manic & Depressive states and SSR checked all the boxes. One day he wanted to leave everything and move away, the next day he wanted to sign 5 films and take over the world. His emotions were also extreme. So an allegation like MeToo would hit him a 100 times harder than an average person or a regular breakup could cause an elongated state of depression. Worse, he didn't take his medication. Blinds are posted everyday, Films get shelved all the time, People are replaced. Its a cut throat industry, a cut throat world, people break up all the time. We can blame the world but thats moot. The real problem was the mental illness & the family's ignorance/refusal to admit it. SSR would've been better equipped to handle life's ups and downs if he had a supportive, understanding family who had got him professional help early.

SSR should be remembered for all the good things he was. Unfortunately the disgusting circus fueled by the Politicians, the Media, IT Cells & his family has left a bad taste in everyone's mouth and has only ruined a short but wonderful legacy. I hope India can wake up to the reality of mental illness and get their loved ones "help" if they need it instead of brushing it under the carpet like the Rajput family did, is still doing.

Sorry for quoting you but I am not here to negate because to a very large extent I agree with what you said. Nobody (or atleast I) put him on a pedestal of selflessness or tagged him Godly.

And thank you for acknowledging that false me-too allegation is a huge allegation. But One doesn't have to be bipolar to lose sleep over the possibility of losing everything he earned for an offense he didn't even commit. Coming from a humble background, being tagged as a skirt chaser and then a probable rapist is enough to push anyone to the edge. Not saying this is what it caused it but why not take it into consideration so that no-other person faces it?

Sushant or anyone else. It is extremely important to call out blinds, false accusations, and deliberate attempts of ruining someone's career. A mental illness is not an important ingredient to break someone. A healthy hearty mind and heart too have different immunity to shocks and hurts.

He got over his seven year old relationship with Ankita. Was okay after his split with kriti. His career was doing fine too. So no, a regular breakup didn't lead to elongated depressive period.

Then everything falls apart, gradually. Calling someone unworthy, undeserving, absolutely shunning him down in a movie he gave his everything, shredding is character into pieces with metoo and final nail in the coffin probably his split with sara, making him believe all those things.

What killed him, is a different thing but If one is agreeing to his mental health deterioration, it is equally important to call out the probable contributing factors.

It's important to acknowledge he was wronged. Doesn't mean others are not, but now is the time to accept that it could lead to something as disastrous as this.

👏👏👏 Saw a video of SSR at IIfa, other with SRK & Shahid,,and i was sad watching how some people made fun of him, ignored him..Maybe they don't k*lled him directly but indirectly they did it. The guy was bullied several times and nepos were snatching his movies.
