In that confrontation after accident,ranbir yells at rhea for her wrongdoings. He said he thought the bet was just her jealousy but didn't know it was her hatred. And told her that he'd never even be friends with her let alone get involved with her. I don't think he told her directly anything about falling for Prachi although it's very obviously implied.But now his mom asked for rhea's hand and he himself told he likes rhea in front of everyone. So I think this invalidates the previous confrontation where the witnesses are just him and Rhea. Everyone in the family witnessed him agreeing to the marriage and telling he likes rhea. While in prachi's case only pragya,Sarita and shahna knows it. And they can easily be looked at as liars and manipulators the way Aliya is manipulating Meera and Rhea against Pragya.

Exactly,I honestly don't mind even witnessing the rift between Kohlis and Mehras rather than these same old useless intra family kitchen politics. There's not a single kitchen politics abhigya track they can run that they haven't already covered. And where is purab? He is the only person who can control Aliya by telling her he'd leave her lol.

@bold- That didn't work out well did it😆as after her suicide he was taking care for her and he has agreed for marriage with her due to his mum's emotional manipulation. About Prachi being seen as liar infront of everyone, Abhi should be seen believing her and Pragya as they can't keep on showing mistrust all the time. Rhea being manipulated doesn't make sense as Pragya hadn't complained about her when she was stranger so the dumb idiot should think why she would complain after spending some motherly moments with her. I would have liked her in jail for a longer period. The fact that they are trying to make her a grey character from a negative is not working as she has done so many bad things even when Alia wasn't influencing her such as the drug case. If she was just a spoilt brat she would have been more likeable.

I think Ranbir is going to back out of the engagement thing itself but let's see how things play out.

@bold Balaji is known for this since Kyunki times and nothing has changed. Purab probably has been shipped off somewhere as the makers are on low budget just like Disha and the rest have vanished in thin air

I still can't get over the fact that makers forgot about the bet 🤣🤣😆. We all were making speculations as to what would happen when the bet would be revealed 😂😂😂🤣But makers out of nowhere made ranbir's mother dracula and a villain 🤣

Yeah instead of the bet being the big bone of contention in their love story, they illogically made pallavi, the coolest and sweetest other, into a selfish and controlling mother who ignores her own child's pain just to get what she wants just to add an obstacle to pranbir love story 🤢

But seriously it really makes sense they bring out the bet now and use it to get prachi to hate ranbir and think he pretended to love her, and show ranbir completely broken. It is much needed and perhaps the only thing that will eventually force him to back out of the marriage with rhea.

Seriously audience has far better ideas on how to run the story. Proving ranbir as a playboy in prachi's eyes and turning her love for him into hate, ranbir's breakdown over prachi hating him and thinking he faked loving her etc, and this who rhea-ranbir deal of breaking prachi heart and ranbir having proposed both to prachi and rhea being used to lead to a rift between mehra's and kohli's is such a terrific idea. Abhi might start hating ranbir after getting to know about the deal and how he also proposed to both his daughters (and he won't do shit about his laadli who put forth the deal in first place) and this will bring about issue between mehra's and kohli's and ranbir bechara will be so stuck as nobody will believe his love for prachi, plus on the other hand hatred between the sisters would increase after prachi getting to know about the deal rhea did with ranbir. This has far better potential than the ridiculous and boring remarriage track of papa and forced marriage track of ranbir that is currently doing shit all for the dram quotient of the show. Since focus came entirely back on mummy-papa's same old fighting and family feud away from love story of pranbir, the show has started becoming lifeless, negative and neither is it doing as well as it used to be in trp and position as it's being beat by newer shows.

The best way to bring up trp is to bare minimum create a balance between both couple's love stories, use the rhea-ranbir deal to drive a wedge between pranbir and make prachi hate both ranbir and rhea, use the whole ranbir having proposed to both sisters to create rift and misunderstandings between mehras-kohlis, show both the sister's equally against each other rather than the typical rhea plotting against prachi and prachi just being defamed and crying, show mummy-papa conflicted over how to deal with the rivalry and hatred between the sisters..... this would be far better than the shitty dual marriage track that has been brought in.
