They are literally copying the original scene by scene.🤔

This danda sequence comes after Sai leaves the house without informing anyone again & bring back Pakhi for Virat's sake. But the family instigates Virat against Sai that he doesn't say anything to her & that's why she's acting so bratty. They keep pushing him to punish her. So he takes out the danda to appease his family, more than threatening Sai. But he obviously doesn't hit her. He just walks away.

Completely unnecessary sequence but quite good for TRP sake bcoz it's DRAMATIC AF. 😆

So in that version, when Bhavani’s Tamil counterpart threatened violence, did everyone seem as shocked as the Chavans did? Chavans were sorta taken aback when she made that comment. If that wasn’t the case in the Tamil version, then probably this scene will also be different?

If Virat actually threatens violence then no questions asked, I’m ditching the show that very instant.

It was Ninad's character who threatened her. There were loud serial-wala shocked expressions all around. He kept saying that had you been my daughter I would have slapped you and taught you some manners etc...in other scenes too.. And Saranya would say thank God I'm not your daughter or I would have been dead by now. But they did not seem all that averse to DV.
