Yes, writers tried to show him close to reality - not a super hero!

Still, I do not call him normal person (forget about a hero/role model).

If he:

- gives promise to a lady (who is about to marry his bro) - go ahead and marry my brother I will love you all my life... being in same house..... (immoral)

- does not disclose to BFF like brother about ... a lady he is going to marry is in love (as per them) with someone else... (betrayer)

- does not have courage to disclose that 'yoga wala love' truth to family - brother after coming to know it.. (coward)

- marries a 18 years old for promise given to own mentor/villagers pressure and blaming her for fiasco all the time.... (lier)

- does not disclose in which situation he married to sai, to his teenager like.. infatuation (I don't call it bf or love) ... (lier / coward)

- never shows best friend reality that she is her vahini now, when ever she is clearly shows her emotions through eyes and act... (immoral)

- never tried to find where about own brother who he claimed to love... who saved his life once..... (ungrateful)

- never gives a damn about how his own mother living in house... (idxxx)

- never cared about what his family did to his sister in the name of family izzat... etc... (coward)

True actor is good but character should be strong and little bit Idea he don't have quality and don't have courage to face truth. Only liked sai character.

yes, that's why I do not call him hero.

Sai is my hero so far,.... she has flaws too.

But she is not immoral or coward or ungrateful.

I agree. Seems like flawed character.... Which is good I guess. Well, At least realistic.

I agree that they want to show him as a character close to reality but some how they are showing him as someone who is a hypocrite (kind of) and a fickle minded person who thinks his vaadas are pattar ki lakeer.
