The teens of today are so hooked to Social media . They were so keen on posting pictures of a happening place and the return gifts the got after the games. The way paakhi entered feeling sheepish sooner turned into flaunting the expensive gifts which except Meenu none seemed to appreciate and later blaming others . Father and daughter seem to think it is okay as long as kavya Vanraj and Paakhi had their evening at the cost of the family.

Loved Avinash landing in Ahmedabad and reclaiming rights to his house which as he describes has been transformed into a cosy love nest.

I think this is creative liberty they took, but how come - none of the Pakhi's friends questioned Vanraj and Kavya being together. They should highlight this point, I think any teenager would have been embarrassed by the idea of her father living with another woman after all those years! Shouldn't be that awkward for her. She only cared about how her party was managed and what her friend's opinion was on that. I know this would be the wrong thing to do, but I do want her friends questioning the affair of Vanraj and Kavya. Just as for Toshu his logical limitation starts and ends with Kinjal - the same for Pakhi are her friends. Then finally she would be able to see that her mother was wronged!

Right now she is behaving as if, for a change, she has an apple instead of a usual banana for breakfast. She just doesn't care!

Saachi Vaat yaar! How come her friends dont ask her why her mother and brothers aint there at the party, at the very basic level, and/or about why the Aunty was there instead? That would have made it realistic and Paakhi would have atleast left for home with her friends then. As for Toshu, improvement hai, but hopefully it stays, unlike Baa who was sucha patlibadlu in three consecutive episodes.. 🤔

Yeah, probably. Technically that temple is in an entirely different city. But Vadodara is much farther away in the distance. She can't travel to the temple from either city within an hour😆. I guess another creative liberty.

Yeah, the temple is actually in Mehsana. Was just showing the article which gave a glimpse that it is set in Amdavad, coz Baroda is my city and they have not used any references except for the resort about it 😆

Yepp, pretty sure her fam could have found out exactly where she was and what she was upto coz it seemed like there were live videos that they would have recorded. Anirudh back at his house is gonna move things up a bit coz Vanraj will realize he cannot just walk into that house and stay whenever he wants! Looking forward to this track now.

I agree how can anupamaa file for divorce wen she doesn't have money vanraj has to do it coz she said she is open for divorce. She can't start acting differently or change her personality. She u deestood vee wrong and nows that no matter what she will never forgive him she even told baa that she can't go and act like raaki and kavYa start been rude to people. I'm the end she is also a mother who loves her children deerly

They knw they had to go for 2 parties kavYa is in contact with all her friends coz paaki used to tell her everything about her friends it became late so they didn't feel like going to her mom's party

The question is not just of Anu, the core issue here is that as a family, each member needs to understand the consequences of the EMA and not allow Vanraj to get away with cheating them for 8 years. The time he should have dedicated to his parents, wife and children was given to Kavya. As mentioned by the family when they went to the resort, the last time they had stepped out too he pretended to be working when he was actually chilling with Kavya. They should not excuse his behavior because he is giving them monetary help, because that is his responsibility given that he never allowed Anupama to work and become independent. It will take time for her to start working. As for Samar and Toshu, they have expressed that they are willing to work and they should be allowed to do that if it is by choice. Pakhi has shown she gives twopence about the family's thoughts and she is being allowed to do that.

As a mother, I truly love what she did in the same situation in the Marathi version. Very apt and correct response! Subtly told Pakhi what should have been said and also warned the dad about how he will be ineffective in manipulating the children as they will come back on the right path even if they get blinded by the glamour for some moments. I'd have appreciated if they showed Anupamaa also as the same instead of forgiving Pakhi so easily. Loving children dearly does not mean she needs to compromise her sanity, and then not expect them to atleast acknowledge her efforts!

My qualms/question on that scene is merely this: Did they not find it odd that her family (brothers) or mother were missing from that party and still her dad's colleague was there? They know who her mom is, she won the competition in the first few episodes and was to teach in their school itself so maybe just out of curiosity sake they should have questioned Pakhi about it. Would have maybe woken up her conscience a bit about her mother!
