Because absolutely everyone looks like that when they go get their lips super injected, the stuff takes a few days to settle down and start dissolving, I bet if you touched or pinched her face, you can feel the hard lumps in the epidermis layers. I think most cosmetic surgeons or Yikes! the nurse practitioners who are doing these, all use the same page out of the injectables book and over do their patients to look like those plastic blow up sex dolls. I do not have even a remote idea WHY women think they look good or believably young and pouty when they get this horrid stuff done. Every one can tell you had botox injected, and in the old days if you showed up in public looking like that, no matter what age, they would give you an emergency anaphylactic because for sure, you were suffering from an allergic reaction.

Your nose and lips swell up in pregnancy.

Way to make fun of a woman in her 3rd semester of pregnancy when everything is swollen pretty much. And to address comparison with Anushka, everyone's pregnancy is different. Even the same woman will have different symptoms with different pregnancies.

Someone in some comment section was mocking Kareena's legs for looking so big like an elephant. People need better awareness of changes women go through in pregnancy. Seriously

p.s. Yes a lot of women do get injected during pregnancy, (normal women would probably avoid even hair dyes, but this is an actress....) Botox or voluma is a stable substance that is localized, that is why it plumps whatever area it is injected into, it gets broken down and absorbed-eliminated slowly by the body, longer than the 3 or 4 months she still has to be gravida-pregers.

and YES pregnancy does make women look swollen but it is a generalized condition and only towards the end of the pregnancy their nose their cheecks etc..., that is how I know some ladies are getting close to their delivery time, (after 5 mos-third trimester) when hormones go on overdrive, they may also get darkening spots on skin created by the placenta that may be releasing hormones similar to melanocytes.

However these lips kareena shows are cosmetically injected.

It's not illegal for pregnant women to get Botox or dermal fillers; if they found a willing injector, they absolutely could get it done......Some fillers are made from hyaluronic acid which is a natural sugar molecule. The human body produces hyaluronic acid naturally, BUT since is not FDA approved and there are no definitive studies, for use during pregnancy most responsible practitioners and careful moms avoid it...however you are certainly allowed to do anything you want to your pregnant body...

But why would she get surgery when she is not doing any glam roles? It would be a waste of surgery. So I think people who are saying it's due to pregnancy are correct.

Botox doesn't add volume, it freezes the sight. Just saying.
