Having Abhinav has worked agaisnt Ruby because he always tells her to keep quiet. She is actually more strong alone as seen recently.

And I remember season 11 very well because I was a huge Hina supporter and I remember people calling her snobbish and what not too. Whenever guests used to come, Hina would be bashed because apprently she was acting superior to them which wasnt true. Same thing is happening with Ruby.

Ruby is also popular for a reason and neither have I seen her work but she has impressed me this season.

Everyone in season 11 felt Hina had ego and thought highly of herself but again, that was just peoples opinion. Both Hina and Ruby are confident women who wont tolerate anyone treating them like shit.
