The doctor was on this side of the wall with Aparna and Kalyani.

How could he have seen Ahir kidnapping the boy. Ahir was on the other side of the wall.

So, this means Ahir is dead as Avni does not know that Mukku is Moksh. If Ahir were alive, and making plans with Avni, then this would not be the case. I feel Avni was there that day when the fight happened between KalMoksh and Ahir, and she did not make the connection that the boy Moksh is Mukku. Maybe she thinks Kalyani has hidden Moksh somewhere, and she is wondering how Mukku is connected to all of this. I have a feeling that maybe Avni overheard the part where Ahir was saying that he has no interest in her or her child, he is just doing all of this for badla, and when that wood/concrete fell on him, she purposefully did not save him.

But in any case, Avni is the big villain of this track, so if she is leaving soon, which I feel like she is, then CVS must have another villain lined up to enter into the story. After today's episode, I feel like Malhar will definitely investigate Ahir's case more, and maybe discover that someone was also there.

So, now I am also feeling that there may be higher chances that someone has kidnapped Swara and has forced Malhar to behave this way. This will be the new villain of the new track. CVS always line up their villains at the end of the previous villian's track, which is what this is.
