Some legal facts regarding divorce

Since soon we r going to watch divorce issue in the show. In today's precap vanraj says how will she run the house but according to Indian law if husband or wife due to some issues do not live together without divorce. Wife can file maintenance according to CrPc 125 to the husband and can claim 30% of his income and even more if we include children too and if Kavya and vanraj lives in live in relationship Anupama may divorce vanraj on the basis of adultery.

If they file divorce mutually then there will be no issue but there will be an issue that how will their house run it may be possible that Anupama may give divorce on that condition that vanraj will fulfill all financial aid to the family becoz neither paritosh nor samar are not financially stable however vanraj loves his family he may trouble Anupama but not to his family.

Best option would be not to divorce vanraj so that she may take maintainace from him and should live separated and kavya may not be his legal wife all life and can't claim anything.
