Did Amitabh really deserve all those awards for Paa?

I mean ngl I didn't really like the movie and I think in that year performances by Shahid and Aamir were much better

Yeah, he was better in this film than he was in Piku.

I didn't like this film. I couldn't even understand what Amitabh was saying throughout the film. It was just poor dialogue delivery by him in this film. Otherwise, he is easily the best Bollywood actor ever.

Yes he deserved it, and he was definitely better than Aamir in 3 Idiots.

Yes, his interview as Auro with Star News, was incredible. He didn't had any prosthetics, but he talked and acted exactly like Auro, he sold it incredibly.

He has his own brand of overacting. Even in what I consider his best work he is overacting. I felt Vidya and Abhishek did better acting than him in Paa.

2009 if I recall collectively, so no not Big B for Paa and Aamir for 3 idiots toh definitely not😆not over Shahid Kapoor for Kaminey that year IMO

RK also delivered Wake up sid, APKGK & Rocket Singh & Saif LAK that yr but again I feel Shahid >>> but bechare ko kuch nhi mila tha as far as I remember😆

Personally felt that Shahid deserved it the most that year. It was not easy to do double role in same movie and with a differences in their speech disability and ace both roles. He was a lost kid as the younger brother with stammering and super feisty as the older brother who can’t say S.
