Totally. Like if you’re going to tackle such an important and sensitive topic, don’t you feel responsible to depict it properly?? If you take it on, do it in a way that enhances the viewer’s awareness and knowledge of the issue. Do not perpetuate BS stereotypes about serious mental health issues and how to go about determining the best interests of a young child.
Notice how Saraansh called Mahima masi, but Vasu twice was shoving the title ‘baddi mama’ down his throat?? Why not recognize how much progression he made from auntie!? Jesus these characters are so stupid.

Exactly without SBS segments how can we judge where a particular track is heading....and yesterday offscreen pic were all copy pasted...we get pics from everyone but not from the leads ...I can so many insta reels of N5 and other shows being all carefree on sets ...but yhc cast is so weird they don't know how to take photos BTS also Sab family gathering Jaise photo dalate hai ....abhi I don't want the family pic also from yhc cast as offscreen pic/bts
Exactly people need some hope to stick around especially with tracks like this. But yaha to sab useless.
No use complaining about lack of offscreen too cause it's not like anything is changing and we'll get better content offscreen wise.
So only intelligent thing to do is try to distance if possible and come back when things are better if they ever get better 😏
For me personally, I am content with zero offscreen content as long as the show is good and worth my time. Like you said, if the show doesn’t improve, everyone has other things they could be doing or watching!
With the MU track, I had faith in all of you that the show would improve once cricket season was over. And it did. But right now, there seems to be no end in sight to this garbage storyline.
Honestly in regular circumstances no one would about offscreen promotions cause show is enough but during tracks like this they need to give something.
Like towards the end of MM track when people were super pissed and at the end of their roped they gave spoiler pic and segment about Saransh's DNA reveal. They also gave offscreen KC segment cause they knew people wanted onscreen KC badly but they weren't going to show it.
So yes these things matter at least to me of the show in itself isn't doing well if for nothing else to decide if I want to invest my time any longer or not.
But with current track and the way it's heading with zero promotional content, it's just all downhill from here on and I'm sure at least online viewers like us won't stay around and very soo. TRP audiences will leave too cause YHC isn't YHM where they survived on Ishita's sister's track too. Cuase there those bonds were developed and incorporated into story from day one. YHCs only selling point is RuSha so even TRP audience won't take this shit for long.

You are right. Truly takes an astronomical phenomenon for the writers to realize there is a love story somewhere in this mess they created.
For Mahima's storyline, did she ever acknowledge her love Rajeev's death? Nope. Maybe I am wrong but I never heard her talk about him.
Did she talk about why she didnt contact her parents or sister and only contacted Rudra? Did she talk about why she confided in Yuvraj who was a complete stranger to her and trusted him to take her to Ooty? Nope. All half-baked stories as part of this storyline. Spaghetti overall. No start or end to any thread.
Now, Rudra will reveal her and Rajeev backstory to Khuranas to convince Balraj so Mahima can stay in K house. That also will be left incomplete.

and you’re right- I don’t think she’s mentioned Rajeev at all. All she said was something about losing her love and now she doesn’t want to lose their nishaani I think... I didn’t watch the last few episodes completely but far as I know - she said zilch about him. She’s never wondered how he was doing or said anything showing she was remotely interested in that poor schmuck.

He never questioned Mahima with the same intensity that he questioned Preesha initially in Season 1. Nor did he find out from Mahima what happened between her and Rajeev that caused them to separate.
The only reason I think Yuvraj is showing up everywhere is coz he and Mahima planned this together to get a hold of the trust fund. Yuvraj may already know about the stunts Mahima is pulling hence he is there to protect her if things go south.
I would have been happier had they taken it slow & not rushed through with confession directly after the MU because they clearly have no clue how to write anything post confession except for lollipops 😜
They could have shown some 1-2 weeks for Ru saying sorry/manofying Pree + Pree's realisation been given proper screen time. Then confession+HM
