What a fabulous chapter it was. After reading the last chapter my heart was in my mouth thinking which lucknowi family is Nani going to introduce kushi to, so also kushi became pale and was on tenterhooks thinking which lucknowi friend was she going to meet was it someone from her past seeing her hesitation Nani was worried but kushi realized she can’t always avoid people and went ahead with her and met the lucknowi couple.

All this drama between Nani and kushi was witnessed by our hero who made a timely entry into the scene to stall Nani from any lucknowi introductions which brought a huge relief to kushi.kushi realized that he had come as a savior for her with him beside her kushi felt that she needed nothing more in her life ,so much so she even visualized how would have Arnav looked beside her during the wedding instead of shyam.

Even though kushi had been saved by Arnav but later on when she and la sat down with Nani for an informal chat she caught unaware when Nani dropped a bombshell that kushi’s father had approached Devyani with a proposal for getting kushi married to Arnav leaving kushi gob smacked and after hearing a list of her father and family’s history she didn’t want to wait a minute more over there.

Wonder how Nani will react when she hears that kushi is Ashish Gupta’s daughter and also waiting now how kushi will react towards Arnav. Hope she doesn’t drift away from him .waiting to see how Arnav tries to pacify kushi.

Nani will realize with time khushi is different from her parents and she deserved better .. really waiting to know what happens next .. now arnav knows khushi is from the same family nani was talking about ? Matlab ab usko pta hai k khushi could hv been his bride 😉

Commenting for Chp - 23

So I was right, it turned out to be anticlimactic with someone Khushi did not even know. But you managed to bring in the past when none of us were expecting it.

You got us all nervous with the prospect of who the guest could be, and just as we rested easy that it's no one important, you dropped the bombshell. Not fair .

I liked how Arnav saw Khushi being uncomfortable and came to her rescue. Also, the fact that he tells her to say No, even if it is to his own Grandmother.

I'm someone who finds it very hard to say No to people, and the same advice has been doled out to me multiple times. But it's not as easy as it sounds 🙈. I hope me and Khushi, both learn it soon 😆.

And I think my favorite part of this update was when Khushi unknowingly pictured Arnav in her wedding reception. To be honest, I had been slightly wary of how their platonic friendship was ever going to turn into more. Especially for Khushi, who is not in the right mind frame to consider relationships anywhere in near future. But this was an absolutely fantastic way to make her think of something, she wouldn't ideally have.

Even if it was only Arnav's companionship that she seeked, she did picture him beside her as her husband. And she realizes the depth of what she imagined! She may try to brush it away as a casual thought but I don't think it's going to leave her alone. Especially after knowing how close it was, to becoming a reality.

Coming to the peak of the update - poor Nani. She is going to highly mortified when she realizes her folly. Arnav has tuned out the convo but glad that Lavanya made sure he listened first hand and knew what damage was being done. So good of Anjali to act immediately upon Arnav's silent request.

Although this opens up a plethora of possibilities... am I allowed to say that I like how things actually turned out? 🙈

I know my opinion is different from most, but I firmly believe that whatever happens, happens for the best. If it was destined to be in this manner, there must be some hidden good in this. Khushi's character has changed tremendously and been shaped by her marriage. Arnav too must have gone through subtle changes in the intervening years. 3 years ago, they weren't the people they are now. We have no way to know whether they would have suited each other then or not... but we are more than sure they suit each other NOW!

I wouldn't ask for anything else 😇.

Still, I'm really keen to see if either of them dwell on the What-ifs later, when they are in isolation and thinking through the events of this party again. Let's see what are their opinions on this turn of events.

And yes... let me not forget the other details from the party -

Akash has it bad. Let me quote something here 😉

“Oh and would you believe his audacity?” “the man was trying to tease me with you earlier this morning.”

This should be what Arnav says to Khushi later... if they end up being together before Akash and Lavanya 😆.

Hope that Lavanya realizes his feelings soonish, if not her own.

Again, I was right about Anjali finding herself a cute guy 😆. Your description reminded me of the time when NK was introduced in the show initially and Arnav used to be super annoyed with him 🤣.

Waiting for Anjali and Mr. Mongoose ki Love story... they are going to need a lot of luck 🍀🍀 to avoid disturbances from the predatory raptor 🦅.

Okay that's all. I don't know why I start writing essays in the comment section. Geez 🙈. Read it aaram se... when you have time.

There's SOOOO much I want to say for this update. But words feel highly inadequate .

This is my favorite chapter from this story! ❤️

It touched my heart... I've read it 6-7 times by now, but still can't string together a few sentences to express what I wish to say. I wish there was some way to make my thoughts enter your mind directly so that I didn't have to explain them.

The last part came a little too close to reality for me. Bittersweet moments and realizations of love, beneath the starry blanket of sky (no pool side though)... all I hope is that Arnav and Khushi have a much much better fate 😇.

Your description was poetic and it felt like I was witnessing a scene from a fairy tale. Maybe Cinderella... the ball ended and Khushi has been brought back to reality. But she is leaving behind her earrings with the Prince (Arnav) and he will find her for sure.

I know that this comment is very short and misses out on many important points from the update. Excuse me this one bit, I'll try better for the next chapter.

chapter 24

Nani unintentionally opened a can of worms. One can not help but wonder the what if scenario here. But things are what they are. Nani will be embarrassed when she finds out.

What a fabulous update really I have no words. The way you have portrayed kushi reactions and her state of mind after hearing Nani’s revelations of how her father had approached Arnav’s Nani with kushi’s alliance.

Kushi has still not overcome her fears of her traumatic marriage with Shyam and also she holds her parents responsible for the mess she is in and she always tries to maintain a safe distance from them because as parents or being her guardian they were never there for her nor did they try find our what she wants in life for them it was and is family honor prestige wealth and status in society.

Now after Nani’s revelation about her alliance with Arnav she feels the only relationship she had been trying to build with Arnav will get destroyed and he will not see her in the same light as was before and because of her parents she has to face embarrassment again.

But must say Arnav time and again has proved he’s not only her boss but also a friend whom she can share anything and everything. He has tremendous patience as far as kushi is concerned whenever he sees a small frown on her face he gets worried for her. He will go to any lengths for her to see her achieve her dreams. He knows she is an intelligent girl with dreams and aspirations and he wants her to become mentally strong and face people and the world and not go into a shell. Slowly and unknowingly he his falling for her and she has carved a special place in his heart.

Wonder what Nani’s reaction will be when she comes to know that Adhiraj Guptas grand daughter is kushi whose alliance had come for Arnav .
