Kaju katli is a dry sweet don't worry.... it's basically cashew+ condensed milk+ sugar and some essences etc!

I too don't like it... you mean the sugar syrup right? Gulab Jamun, Roshogullas have it... jalebi has the stickiness... many other sweets don't have it like barfis and halwas
