@bold:Its funny that this is still used in this gen,Robots(machines) are employed more than humans and humans are dependant on it and human feeling are more hurt by other humans and not by robot

As of now, human beings do have more intelligence than robot.:) till AI takes over.

Micromanaging and managing is not the same. Micromanaging is where you tell them what to do at every step and expect them to do only that. Pretty much people use it only as negative connatation.

( i am not offended by these topics of discussion ya, I am only scared by putting an opposite view, others might be offended. I mean this is just my opinion on micromanagement and others opinion on it- nothing personal I feel).

Anyway for bb house, micromanaging is bad, here everyone has come to shine not be a robot for others.
