Maya, totally agree with you about micromanagement. It will not work for everyone. For people who are submissive and need guidance, it will work perfectly . For people who are independent and with self respect , micromanaging will be a disaster . In a team at work or anywhere , not all the people have the same characteristics. It will create such a toxic environment.

No one can micromanage me, couple of times it happened at work and they got their share from me. I will not do it to others as well.

So looks like Aari is going to micromanage BB house and make it more toxic in the coming week 😡.

Will watch the episode after sometime .
