Yes he suffered a lot due to nepotism bt he is very innocent and kind-hearted guy

He tends to be protective for the one he thinks is innocent and he was protective of jaan and jaan is not a established singer like rahul, again he knew how jaan was abandond by his father

Secondly nish is like this only he have supported all his co stars since starting of his career by risking his own

So really cant blame him for supporting jaan
