Also speaking of Om Raut why on earth do they think it’s a good idea to cast Kriti Sanon as Sita Devi 😭😭

Kriti was the only thing besides Sanjay Dutt that was worth watching in Panipat and she and Kartik share some good chemistry, if its not an OTT action movie like Bhai's or Marjawan, it might work for Kartik-Kriti👍🏼

Totally true.. He can be cast as a lover-boy in romantic and comedy movies.. He won't fit the bill in action, period, tragedy, horror, military/police movies etc... Limited range like Aftab shivdasani may be.. I am his fan and I hope he proves me wrong

Not a fan, but as a movie loving audience I am all for more and more actors experimenting with their craft and coming up with better content. So yes, more power to him!

Who is stealing his roles? He entered around the same time as Varun and Tiger. Varun has mostly played similar comic roles, often in his own family or Dharma productions. Tiger sticks to the action genre. Ranveer and Ranbir are more experienced/versatile and bigger stars so it's a given that they will be the first choice for the biggest entertainers but there are many more films being made. Kartik is working with Maddock, Dharma, T-Series, etc..there is no shortage of opportunities for him. He's a big enough star that there will always be major directors and producers looking to work with him. He was just recently in talks to take on a massive film deal to re-launch the Eros banner so most of the industry clearly believes in him big time.

Ranveer, Ranbir, Tiger, Varun aren’t given regressive roles all the time, and they are given ample opportunity to prove their acting skills, not just doing comedy roles again and again...

Varun got October, Badlapur, Sui Dhaaga, Kalank, Super Dancer 1 and 2... sooo many versatile opportunities that were still doable for him...

Yeah, this stealing roles thing is really such a hogwash. Like as if otherwise Karthik would be the first choice for the movies like Tamasha, Lootera, Sanju, Rockstar, Gully Boy , Kabir Singh, Udta Punjab, Haider etc where you need to display your muscle in acting.

How's Kartik Aryan successful?

Disclaimer - This is not a post meant to bash him. I am genuinely confused.

This iconic scene made his legacy

Luck and PR. His link up with the ladies made people mention his name. That got him better jobs.

I don't care for him. There are other talented actors. But I guess bollywood should make room for all types of outsiders. Even the average looking talentless folks
