Hey there..I guess even i could feel some of DMG's old subtelty coming back yesterday epi..even the dupatta scene mixed with flash backs.

You are right about Ridz being poor when handling professional emergencies...but I also feel Armaan loosing it when handling personal emergencies...if last couple of weeks are any evidence...that way they can compliment each other well 😉

Hi hello to all

Perhaps it was just me but I absolutely adored today's episode and somehow felt the originality of DMG to be on an all time high once more...why?

Riddhima's road to redemption....seems to have begun. Her side of the story was explored today. They tried, and perhaps for some people satisfactorily justified her reactions in previous episodes completely. She loves him. She thinks he is loyal and a good guy in general but- He is just too DIFFERENT to her, perhaps just beyond her comprehension? His reactions, his way of living and behaving are different to what she is like, completely. That can make some one think whether they are compatible for the long term? I still did not like her saying he (the hero..!) didn't take life seriously. Im sorry if he didnt he wouldnt really be a doctor- he would still be in the arena, and bike racing is a thrill it doesnt mean he's not serious about life. but apart from that- i saw glimpses of her perspective and a more transparent character emerging, especially aided by the visual flashbacks that helped her narrate the (Film...lol...)story- wonderful touch.

(side note: though I think they are very cunningly trying to get us to forget that she wasnt all that 'seedhi saadhi' to begin with. May I remind you of the fake molestation? I believe she deserved a slap there more than Armaan did for his fake bloody letter)

Secondly, I dont know how much they are going to stretch this- I think they should....Riddhima's incompetency in handling emergency cases....! I had been noticing this for a very very long time but just dared not mention it. She is hopeless when it comes to emergencies. Like armaan pointed out very aptly- The police officer in the lift, the gujju bhai the other day and i swear there were more- she panics. she might be a really good doc generally no doubt. But perhaps they should stretch it to her feeling guilty for not deserving the award...? bit more sensitivity on the professional side of things maybe?

Third thing was the subtlety of human emotion that they tapped into today. Something as small as accidentally hitting someones head lead to her reacting in an impulsive way (added to the anger of what he had just said about her) and telling him to go away- and the way he just got up and left- WOW...i mean how many times have i done that myself! just left when someone said something angrily. The person who said it is usually left thinking...'oh no...they actually did leave' And then going getting the payal out to cry on and reflect back on everything followed by throwing the payal down in anger at the other persons insensitivities- It was so realistic!

Just hats off today really!👏👏👏

first of all..awesome post!! 😃😃

neways..but yeah..I totally agree wid u.. the episode was awesome!!..n for some reason I really loved angie today.. her analization of the situation..n the way she spoke to ridz abt it.. n wen ridz asked her " kya aise logon ko saaht mein rehna chahiye?? " angie's like.. "well, acc to me..nahin..! " so I guess its a hope tht ridz has to take her own decision of whether to stay wid armaan or not.. but I agree wid the fact tht sum1 above metnioned.. callin her "seedhi-saadhi" is an insult to the phrase itself..🤢🤢🤢

n I'm sooo glad he pointed out the her panic attacks during emergency cases..tht was soooo necessary.. btw, I liked rahul's spontaneous line " toh matlab jab tumhe award mila tha..toh woh bhi naam dekh ke hi tha..kaam dekh ke nahi.." 😆😆😆 tht was hilarious!! n muskaan's feelin bad on not gettin the award..was soo realistic..

n these days they r bringing out armaan's bad points too..I mean..its absolutely immature to not being able to keep ur professional n personaly lives separate.. but I guess..they'll show them both maturing wid time..n gettin to kno each other..realising tht u dont need to change the other person wen u love him/her..or u both r wid ach other..

m totally lookin forward to DMG now!!! 😃😃 esp the holi episode..😳😳😳really hats off to the creatives!!!

https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/dill-mill-gaye/893411/think-about-it-ridzs-lawyer

i may not be the only one who guessed it but still yay!! my guess was right..ok, i will stop now...but i feel anji's answer made ridz give the payal back to armaan, u know when u r not sure wat to do n someone who u luk up to says 'acc to me, no' then u tend to do that..i wanted dmg to show all the emotins that lovers go thru n my wish is comin true..but unhappy to see them so sad 😭

this os the reason i think that we all like DMG is becaus it is so real, it never goes beyond the limit and they treat each and every character with so such truth that you can almost see your self in them.

i totally agree that the creatives are doing such a good job with this show that i want to congratulate them 👏

While I agree that Armaan needs to be able to handle his personal life better and not let it reflect on his professional life, in no way is that comparable to R's complete incompetency as a doctor. The scenarios described by him in yesterday' epi showed that she is unable to deal with emergencies usually. All she does is sit there, gape, and flutter her hands about uselessly. This has not been the case with Armaan at all, as much I can recall from my knowledge. He has always handled emergencies very well and is 10 times the doctor R will ever be. I think she's better at "handling" her little IOTM award everytime than she is handling any patient.😉

glad everyone liked my post....thanks for appreciating!!! keeps me going.

@ Nureat- you crack me up seriously- handling her IOTM award....heheh.... I agree she is definitely not seedhi saadhi as she believes she is but I think they are trying to go back to getting us to think that she is. They conveniently try to overshadow her shortcomings and cover them up with armaans newfound shortcomings of not handling his personal and professional life separately and trying to make out that he is an irrational person and that a simple girl just wont be able to understand him. But they have made him so transparent already that its now difficult to make him that. I know even personally I dont see the redemption ever happening because of what happened in the past- but for most audiences who forget everything easily you can say that atleast they are trying now- to justify her perspective even though personally it will never make sense to me....

NOW...todays episode. Armaan and Nana. What a gem of a scene!!! I fell in love with it. And the realisation that never change yourself for someone else. If they love, it will be you they fall in love with, not the person you become. Thats soooooo cliche BUT so well applied...! Nana with his 35/36 rocks!!!!

Good post Krystal.

Yeah, agree that the creatives are trying to show Ridzy's side of the story. And agree that her saying, he doesn't take life seriously is a partial understanding. She has just seen glimpses of Armaan's life. She has never asked Armaan in detail about his past life. She's got a great father, and learned that the nice sister Padma is her mum. Though it took a while for her to accept the fact that she is being loved by all of them dearly. She has never asked him about his parents. When he gifted her the 'kada' as token of his love he mentioned his mother. Has she ever asked him about his parents? Maybe she would have known some painful past and how he became who he is if she has known the past (we all want to know as well, don't we?)

She's dwelling too much on Armaan having lots of girlfriend. That part of life. And even when Armaan said she is the one he loves, she has some doubts.

Not forgetting to mention, thanks to Rahooooool, she got this image of him as flamboyant and flirtatious. And maybe overlooked the fact that the way he loved her was not an act.

Sorry guys, am not against Ridhima. I didn't like the way she saying mean things to Armaan. But a girl has to do what she has to do, to show that she is strong and determined.

Just trying to say that even her side of the story of understanding Armaan is not complete. Her judgement for Armaan is on the basis of partial information and not a complete understanding. She seems to judge people very quickly. doesn't she?

Well pointed out!!! what does she actually know about him? It took her a while to reply whether he was rich or not. But I swear how dare she call him 'bigda hua' or rather AGREE when her di said it. aisi bigdi hui to koi bhi harkat usne aaj tak nahin ki. Pranks do not equal being spoilt. Pranks are a sign of a lively ligh-hearted humorous human being. Whats actually wrong with that? I dont see what she doesnt understand about him? She is a rash person when passing judjements and thats about the only consistency that has been there with this character!

Thank you!! You've put it so aptly!! That is EXACTLY how I feel as well! But yeah, you're right...most ppl will be able to get over the past pretty easily as long as AR are together...by hook or by crook😉😆😆

and I agree, Nana totally rocks!! LOVED the scene b/w him and Armaan at the staircase😆😆...
