You are right about Ridz being poor when handling professional emergencies...but I also feel Armaan loosing it when handling personal emergencies...if last couple of weeks are any evidence...that way they can compliment each other well 😉

Hi hello to all
Perhaps it was just me but I absolutely adored today's episode and somehow felt the originality of DMG to be on an all time high once more...why?
Riddhima's road to redemption....seems to have begun. Her side of the story was explored today. They tried, and perhaps for some people satisfactorily justified her reactions in previous episodes completely. She loves him. She thinks he is loyal and a good guy in general but- He is just too DIFFERENT to her, perhaps just beyond her comprehension? His reactions, his way of living and behaving are different to what she is like, completely. That can make some one think whether they are compatible for the long term? I still did not like her saying he (the hero..!) didn't take life seriously. Im sorry if he didnt he wouldnt really be a doctor- he would still be in the arena, and bike racing is a thrill it doesnt mean he's not serious about life. but apart from that- i saw glimpses of her perspective and a more transparent character emerging, especially aided by the visual flashbacks that helped her narrate the (Film...lol...)story- wonderful touch.
(side note: though I think they are very cunningly trying to get us to forget that she wasnt all that 'seedhi saadhi' to begin with. May I remind you of the fake molestation? I believe she deserved a slap there more than Armaan did for his fake bloody letter)
Secondly, I dont know how much they are going to stretch this- I think they should....Riddhima's incompetency in handling emergency cases....! I had been noticing this for a very very long time but just dared not mention it. She is hopeless when it comes to emergencies. Like armaan pointed out very aptly- The police officer in the lift, the gujju bhai the other day and i swear there were more- she panics. she might be a really good doc generally no doubt. But perhaps they should stretch it to her feeling guilty for not deserving the award...? bit more sensitivity on the professional side of things maybe?
Third thing was the subtlety of human emotion that they tapped into today. Something as small as accidentally hitting someones head lead to her reacting in an impulsive way (added to the anger of what he had just said about her) and telling him to go away- and the way he just got up and left- WOW...i mean how many times have i done that myself! just left when someone said something angrily. The person who said it is usually left thinking...'oh no...they actually did leave' And then going getting the payal out to cry on and reflect back on everything followed by throwing the payal down in anger at the other persons insensitivities- It was so realistic!
Just hats off today really!👏👏👏

Good post Krystal.
Yeah, agree that the creatives are trying to show Ridzy's side of the story. And agree that her saying, he doesn't take life seriously is a partial understanding. She has just seen glimpses of Armaan's life. She has never asked Armaan in detail about his past life. She's got a great father, and learned that the nice sister Padma is her mum. Though it took a while for her to accept the fact that she is being loved by all of them dearly. She has never asked him about his parents. When he gifted her the 'kada' as token of his love he mentioned his mother. Has she ever asked him about his parents? Maybe she would have known some painful past and how he became who he is if she has known the past (we all want to know as well, don't we?)
She's dwelling too much on Armaan having lots of girlfriend. That part of life. And even when Armaan said she is the one he loves, she has some doubts.
Not forgetting to mention, thanks to Rahooooool, she got this image of him as flamboyant and flirtatious. And maybe overlooked the fact that the way he loved her was not an act.
Sorry guys, am not against Ridhima. I didn't like the way she saying mean things to Armaan. But a girl has to do what she has to do, to show that she is strong and determined.
Just trying to say that even her side of the story of understanding Armaan is not complete. Her judgement for Armaan is on the basis of partial information and not a complete understanding. She seems to judge people very quickly. doesn't she?

@ Nureat- I agree she is definitely not seedhi saadhi as she believes she is but I think they are trying to go back to getting us to think that she is. They conveniently try to overshadow her shortcomings and cover them up with armaans newfound shortcomings of not handling his personal and professional life separately and trying to make out that he is an irrational person and that a simple girl just wont be able to understand him. But they have made him so transparent already that its now difficult to make him that. I know even personally I dont see the redemption ever happening because of what happened in the past- but for most audiences who forget everything easily you can say that atleast they are trying now- to justify her perspective even though personally it will never make sense to me....
